Have called repeatedly today (May 6, 2009) and wait for voicemail to pick up but then do not leave any message on my voicemail.

Just got a call from this number and they did not leave a msg so i called this number back and found out it is for Capital One Auto Finance informing me when my next auto payment is due by.

They call constantly (sometimes up to 30 times a day). It is very annoying beause they call even if we are not late. I answer no one is there and they dont leave a message.  I think these calls are borderline harrasment.

I've paid my bill and they just keep calling and calling.... they won't leave a message and when I do answer.... they hang up!

This number has called almost daily and I am sick and tired of it.I understand the calls originate from Capital One Auto Finance. I recently obtained a loan from them and  my first payment isn't due for several weeks. At first I thought they were just calling to verify my information but something is amiss. I also get calls from some bottom feeder collection agency working under the guise of a law firm looking for some deadbeat named Gail Perkins. This isn't the first time somebody has been after her and I have to take the brunt of their wrath. I don't even know the freaking woman!! Maybe Miss Deadbeat Perkins screwed Capital One over and now they're after me for no reason. They must smell blood in the water since me and Miss Deadbeat Perkins have a similar if not identical number. My credit reports are all clean and indicate no foul play but I still have to put up with this stupid crap. I wish they'd just give it up and haul her deadbeat a** to court and leave me alone.

I get repeated calls from this number on my company phone after hours. Just this morning (May 12, 2009,) I had 3 missed calls on the caller ID at work from this number with no messages. I live and work in Montgomery, AL and I have no accounts with Capital One, nor do I give out my business number to anyone.

I also receive these calls.  When my husband answered it once, we found out it was Capitol One.  It shows up as Plano Texas, but no company name. It is usually for people who have banking or mortgages with Capitol One.
