I'm just going to get an air horn.

I agree; with these scammers making these illegal calls in such a high volume, we clearly have the technology to catch them. What we apparently don't have is the will to catch them. Contact your elected officials, your financial institution, and your telephone company to insist that they commit to a major effort to catch these jerks. I have done that several times, and they have ignored me, but hopefully if enough people do it, they can't ignore it. Do the telephone companies make money by selling our numbers to robocallers? I am beginning to suspect that is why they don't want to catch them.

This company is a total scam. They get people to give them the card info and they max there cards out in minutes.

Every day. Multiple calls from these scammers.
I told on to stop and he threatened that he was going to cancel my credit card.
Math Guy 2014-05-26 18:25:13 Telemarketer
Do these credit card scammers ever make any money doing this? Who would ever give these criminals personal financial information over the phone? I haven't done this yet, but am considering giving them the following "credit card number" - it's the first hundred digits in the decimal expansion of Pi. If you use it, make sure it isn't your credit card number first.

Enough is ENOUGH!!! Six calls from this number already today. There is no way these scammers can't be caught, not at this kind of volume.

So sick and tired of these low life mother f'ers calling every day. The FTC / FCC is useless with these dirt bags using spoofed numbers. Bottom line is it is time to opt out of VOIP / Landlines - 90% of there trash calls go to land line (or former land line) numbers.
gladys 2014-05-22 20:29:26 Unknown

Bobby Allan 2014-05-22 18:36:31 Unknown
I will sometimes answer and then lay they phone down so they can listen to the tv. , Hopefully it ties their line up for an extra couple of seconds. If they continue to call then I turn them into the FCC
bobby allan 2014-05-22 18:33:52 Unknown
I turned them into the fcc and they have stopped calling, they drove mew crazy for more than a year. Went by the name credit card services.
Nicholas 2014-05-22 04:29:38 Unknown
When is the FCC or some other branch of the federal government finally going to do something about this? They can spend God only knows how much to track down Osama Bin Laden but they can't shut down these fraudsters and invaders of our privacy? I just don't get it!
Paulie 2014-05-21 18:20:45 Telemarketer
My turn with this idiot! I'm thinking of this as a game - if I ever fill up the memory of my call blocker box, I'll automatically get a new one. Sure would like to meet one of these lowlife sleazeballs .... in a nice dark alley.

1. FALSE - http://www.snopes.com/politics/business/cell411.asp
Cell phone numbers are NOT being released to telemarketers and will only be included in 411 information services if you OPT IN; i.e. specifically ask to be included.
2. The national Do Not Call list is a great thing but will only work for legitimate companies. It will not stop these scam artists who are already running a criminal operation and don't care if they violate the list. P.S. The Do Not Call list also won't stop campaign calls (although, at least in my state, you can significantly reduce them by registering as an unaffiliated voter), or calls from charities and businesses you've dealt with in the past. If they are a legitimate organization, they will probably respect your request to be removed from the call list.

REMINDER..... all cell phone numbers are being released to telemarketing companies
and you will start to receive sales calls.

To prevent this, call the following number from your cell phone: 888-382-1222.
It is the National DO NOT CALL list It will only take a minute of your time..
It blocks your number for five (5) years.
You must call from the cell phone number you want to have blocked.
You cannot call from a different phone number.
HELP OTHERS BY PASSING THIS ON. It takes about 20 seconds.

tried to call the number back and it was disconnected. the y should call themselves scam I am.
Tamianth 2014-05-16 06:14:12 Unknown
Yes.. Almost all the numbers are spoofed and makes it hard to track these illegal callers down. But yes, they do enforce. Sadly when they take one down, two more crop up. :( Your best bet besides reporting the calls, is to get a call blocking device or phone.
You kinda have to read on the FTC & FCC's web site along with the CFB's to see what is happening with enforcement. Also the news & TV web sites help.

CalledTooManyTimes 2014-05-15 21:34:20 Unknown
this robo caller calles about every week. when you press 2 to be taken off call list...well...that's a twisted joke. when you press 1 to talk to someone to ask them to remove you, they hang up before you finish.
it's calls like this that made the fed gov FINALLY start going after these types of callers. i will throw a party when this one gets busted !

Caller ID says "Stuart, OK", i.e., Oklahoma. After you say "hello", you get the infamous Rachel from cardholder services message. I only answered because I thought it was some guy named Stuart. Had I known it was Oklahoma... I don't know anyone there. In any case, this number should be added to your block list. It's a scam to defraud your credit card number.
