They call me incessently at work - depite being told they would take me off the list.  They say my car warranty is about to expire - when I ask which of my 3 cars they are referring to - they don't have an answer.  All of my cars are new and under afactory warranty - when I say that they hang up - but call again in a week or two with the same crap again. Never do you hear a name of the company in their recordings, and when you ask they won't tell you - this is really an shady deal and I am sure there are people who fall prey to this.

i believe this nuber is related to the many other warranty calls from diffrent phone nubers. it appears as though once you get on their no call list they transfer your number to another office else where in the country. i have gotten the same recording from at least five numbers about my car warranty. it takes forever to get off one number and then you start getting it from a diffrent number. elephant sh*t if you ask me.

I need to get off this list.  This company is a waste of time.

I'm so sick of these calls -- they had stopped for a while, but about a month ago they started up again. I've reported them to the Do Not Call Registry over and over again, but they still call.

2nd time in two days--at least when I pushed through to talk to the "agent" they had the decency to hear me out. "Terry" said she would remove me from the list and was cordial. Yes it is a nuisance--but when will the phantom "do not call" list actually get some teeth?

Hello all, just so you know, I tried dialing that number! The area code is from Oklahoma! I have been getting various calls about thw so called WARRANTY! I pay no attentio to it and so shouldn't anyone! Once you buy a car used or new, these freaks get a hold of your info somehow from the DMV or your bank! Must be an inside job! Anyway, I have called that number back to see who it was and the operator said that number was NOT IN SERVICE! So I caaled it again, same operator message! These scammers call from PAY PHONES, of which will not recieve INCOMING calls! They'll call you but you cannot call them back!

Bottom line: IGNORE THESE BASTARDS and just take your car to your local mechanic or dealer where you purchased it from! THIS IS ANOTHER WAY TO GET YOUR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD INFO!!!!!!

Oh yeah, my MOTHER has been getting these calls AND mailings about WARANTY ABOUT TO EXPIRE notice! First she DOESN'T OWN A CAR! Second HER LICENSE EXPIRED WAY LONG TIME AGO! Third, SHE's PUSHING 80!!!

Just got one from this number (Again).  They'd better hope I don't physically locate them.  I'm not kidding.

I was recieveing 2 calls a day from these short bus rejects... seems nothing could be done and it won't stop... untill now... try this it may work for you or you will at least get some sweet revenge.   I finally accepted the fact that they are going to call reguardless of what "do not call list" I am on sooooo.....  The call and I lead them on as long as I can giving them fake card numbers and vehicle info... and just when I think they've had enough before they can hang up I laugh very hard, tease, swear, insult their children and anything else offensive I can think of, and I feel better.  Really I feel alot better.  The calls have at least slowed down, and now my wife and I actually look forward to calls from the idiots who get harrased and humiliated by ME!!!!

THey have been calling me for over a year!  I press "2" to speak to a representative and ask to have my # removed, I am told it is being removed and it never is!!!  

I am at work, this is a total disturbance!!!

Received two missed calls from this number at 249 and 253 a.m. Have now blocked the number on my phone.

Received several calls from this number. They hung up each time after I answered.

I got a call from them a couple weeks ago didn't answer because I didn't reconize the number. I have a voicemail set up to send me a text after the call is missed to let me know the city and state and number I don't anyone from tulsa, ok so I put the number on the do not called list and the number hasn't called me since:)

I've been getting these calls for a couple of months and thought my numbers were on the national do not call list, most were except for one number I have that forwards to all the others Gahhh!  That explains it and it is now fixed, just have to wait the 31 days.

In the mean time I have also tried all the other things people have mentioned: pressing 2 to get my name off list (does nothing), pressing 1 and being asked to get off the list (does nothing), wasting their time by giving bogus information (entertaining but pointless), stating the age of my car as very old so they wouldn't be interested (they just hang up, then call you back in a day or two).

Go add yourself to the Missouri AG list if you have actually done business with them by either calling the phone number already mentioned or do it online at www.ago.mo.gov   You can also take a look at the complaints already received.   I'm sure these crooks will be shut down eventually but due process can take a while.

As previously stated, this Business was started and run by the Atkinson brothers (cory and darain).  Cory is 38, I couldn't track down an age for darain.  If you search on their names you can find more info.  Chris Rowton is one of their buddies.

Darain has a 50' boat named Isabella that weights 38 tons built in 2005, in other words, a small yacht. Nice to know where that money is going some suckers are paying...well the boat and a mall, that's right, the brothers paid $5.9 million to buy a 360000sf mall, formerly the Beltz mall.

A search on Google shows a lot of bad press on this business from various local newspapers and tv stations.  One story said the company underwriting the warranties is in bankruptcy and generally not paying.  And here is what the BBB has to say:

Ok I went through the whole crap line with these boobs and got some one that gave me the so called company name and a contact number for them. The name of the company is Auto One Warrantee specialists. The phone number you can call them on is 800-930-2794. My suggestion is everyone that gets calls from these guys call them back as many times as possible every day so the phone bills put them out of business.

These people have been calling my work number 4-5 times a week for a couple of months now.  I've tried numerous times to get them to take me off of their call list but they still call.  Same drill, different set of phone numbers, have started logging the numbers.  Now I'm justing hitting "1" to get a person on the line so I can mess with 'em.  Today when I told the guy I own a 1988 Chrysler Landau he chuckled in disbelief (I really do own this car), then he said "it's too old" and hung up.  I was actually surprised he didn't keep fishing for a credit card number, as we all know that's all they want!  Loosers.

I stayed on the phone to talk to the 'representative' and let them know I am reporting them to the Do Not Call Registry.  He informed me that they are not telemarketers but "Consumer Advocates"  Give me a break!!!

If I accidentally answer, I either hit "1" and then put the call on hold or just put the call on hold during the message and go about my work.  We have no music or background on our phone system so they don't know who we are.  I figure at least I am wasting their long-distance as much as I can.

Those darn socksuckers.  Good thing I don't answer my phone when I don't recognize the nimba. :-)
