By stating what they did, they have confirmed that they are frauds or 3rd party collectors with no valid claim. Tell them to send it to you in writing by mail. Not e-mail or fax. When they refuse, tell them politely to go and try to reproduce without the assistance of a mate.

One more thing, She asked them to send her a copy of the loan and all the pertaining information and they got ugly with her and said they didn't have to send her anything.

they call and won't say who they are just that they have personal business with my daughter. She called and they are trying to collect a debt that was already paid.
I don't find any information on them so I assume they are a scam company trying to scare money out of people.
