They said to call this number: 1-877-878-3005 but called from 918-932-2590, which is a local number in my city. Isn't there a law against that?

Yeah, they suck.  They call everyday, for no apparent reason.

This is a company called TOTAL Card,  They never leave messages and use sever numbers not only in the 918 area code but the 619, 786, 832, 312 and 800-888-866-877 numbers  When I called back to see who it was it starts off with an Spanish announcement then says thank you for calling TOTAL Card which I later found out is not only a crappy credit card company but has the same name as a rip off collection agency neither one of which uses the numbers below on the websites (not that that matters much)
