they get your info online if you have ever aplied for a credit card or fast cash loan online. and from there down they dont stop calling i have changed my number so they dont call anymore. the indian guy "john smith" i got him so mad so many times he told me im coming to your house tonight i said good i have drinks, once he told me im going to kill your brother (i dont have any) i told him well i killed him like 3 weeks ago his in the closet when you come help me get rid of the body, im a smart ***** and he cant outpass me. i recomened you do the same as i did i put an allert on my ss number and change my bank acount number, just in case. since they have all the information."

they have called me many many times.....stating they have all my info and will prosecute....Now my fiance handling it and we will be making reports every where to end this....

Received hundreds of calls from Andrew Hendrick claiming to be a collecter from a payday loan. Called my work so many times, I was in danger of getting fired. The HR director loaned me the money to pay him, she even spoke to him on the phone, believed his story. Now I am out $500 that I have to pay back out of my paychecks. Wish I would have looked this site up before. There is even an alert on the FBI's website regarding internet extortion from INDIA for payday loans. Live and Learn. I am furious and feel very helpless. If I stop payment, how can I know that he won't call back and get me fired?

Called my office to arrest an employee of mine for financial fraud.  Had an Indian accent, but identified himself as Ryan Reed. Hardly.  The employee he was calling about had the same last name.  This was the only call I got from N. Carolina. I have had several calls previously from Austin, Texas and New York...same accent, different names, same story:  wanting to arrest my employee unless he sent them $300 to stop proceedings.  Tried to notify the DA's office here and in N. Carolina, tried the Consumer Fraud  Division, tried the U.S. Atty's office....no one was the right person to notify, according to all of those offices.  I'm going to give up now.

These people r frauds they keep calling me and my employer be smart dont give them any of your personal info they r makinf threats and want stop calling block them if u can

That Andrew Hendricks has been calling me at work and leaving messages. He said the name of his company is DFF (Detection for Financial Fraud) and he was with the legal department. He wanted me to verify my information so they could start proceedings to have me arrested.  When I told him no he put his supervisor Alex Rodrigez on the phone.  Alex Rodrigez gave me an option of paying a lump sum of money in order to stop proceedings. I told him not to call back and hung up.  I have also alerted the local authorities about the calls.

We have so many calls from this guy I finally started calling him back. I called him so often that he told me I was disgusting and talked to much. I eventually got him to say that we didnt owe him money because he wasnt trying to force us to pay anything. So I told him if we dont owe anything then please stop calling. He placed a three way call with me and my husband and I told the receptionist to hang up because it was fraud. Andre was so angry he just kept hanging up on me since then.

A** holes. I filled a police report, fraud alert on our Credit reports and changed bank accounts.

Lots of grief for nothing.

CALLED MY CELL PHONE NUMEROUS TIMES "UNKNOWN" THEN BEGAN TO CALL ME AT WORK CLAIMING THAT I STOLE 5 MILLION DOLLARS AND THEY HAVE A CLAIM AGAINST ME AND MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. ASKED ME TO VERIFY MY SS#, BANK INFO, DATE OF BIRTH, AND THE CORRECT SPELLING OF MY NAME. I REFUSED TO GIVE ANY INFORMATION OUT, AND TOLD THEM DO WHAT THEY HAD TO DO IF THEY HAD A FEDERAL CASE AGAINST ME THEY KNEW HOW TO FIND ME... THEY CALLED MY WORK (AND THE RECEPTIONIST KEPT TRACK) 211 TIMES IN 1 HOUR, WE GOT THE POLICE INVOLVED BECAUSE AT ONE POINT ALL 27 LINES WERE HELD UP FROM THIS INDIAN GUY WHO USED THE NAMES: RYAN REID, JACK DANIELS, JAMES BOND, ANDRE WALKER, AND BRUCE WAYNE.... I COULDN'T HELP BUT LAUGH AT THE NAMES THEY WERE GIVING. NOT ONLY IS THIS ANNOYING BUT SUPER EMBARRASSING AS WELL. EVEN WHEN THEY HAD ME ON THE PHONE, THEY CLAIMED IT WASNT ME. AFTER THEY WERE TOLD I NO LONGER WORK FOR THE COMPANY THEY CONTINUED TO CALL. THERE IS NO GETTING AROUND THESE PHONE CALLS. IT IS A SCAM, IT IS AN OUTSIDE COUNTRY THAT IS HACKED INTO A US PHONE LINE THROUGH A COMPUTER. BLOCKING FROM THE PHONE COMPANY DOESNT EVEN WORK. GOOD LUCK HOPEFULLY NO ONE ELSE HAS TO GO THROUGH THIS, AND HOPEFULLY ONE DAY THE COUNTRY CAN GET THIS TO STOP...

Called several times back to back every 20 minutes until I answered. Was rude, even got my gender wrong.Refused to give more information about the company. Claimed it was a criminal investigation.

I got a call from this number claiming they were a legal department that had a claim against mt social number guy name was Andrew Hendrick sounded more like it should be Patel I told them I know you are a fraud because I checked the number on this website he got real mad started calling me a motherf...er I argued with then hung up he has not called back I hope it's over cause he called about 20times before that. Getting harrassed at work

Calls to my cell and employer claiming i owed a bill would not say what company and waere verbally abousive to employee that answered the phone

received several hundred phone calls in less than an hour from this number.  Would not hang-up or stop

Call at employer for an associate. Informed them we are not allowed to take personal calls and that they could leave us a call back number. They refused to give me one initially so I hung up. They finally gave me one and said they would call back every half hour if they don't receive a call from our associate.
