I had this person call me from this # asking for my account so they can put me some money into it i said i dont have one and hung up

Have received 6 or 7 calls from this number in 2 days and when answer no one says anything and is disconnected in about 10 seconds.

Unwanted call, caller ID said Intl number.  Called back, but automated voice told me due to network difficulties, my call could not be completed at this time.
