A man said he was calling about my PSE&G bill, I believe he's trying to get me to switch to another energy provider.  Voice was very muffled.  Told him I wasn't interested in switching and then I hung up.

i've been getting them too on my cell. it started last night and so far 3 today!

Yes someone called me form this number (919) 647-9836 ... they have called multiple times.... when I call back I get three or four beeps or a message saying this number is not in service... how the hell can it not be in service.... its freaking calling me.
