Its collections do not pay them its a fake it will still be on your credit report...I have 2 Lawsuits on them..did you know if any collection agency calls you before 8am you're time you get $1000 .automatically just for that always know your rights ...you can get a thousand dollars for each violation the break...im getting back $15.000 .....everone do the same take them down. .

Keep receiving calls from this scammers.  My husband returned the call, and the explained that they wer trying to reach me, and they wanted my SSN.  Yea like he's going to give out that information.  They wouldnt even tell him the name of the company.  When my husband kept demanding information regarding the matter, they hung up on him. So he kept calling back - figured if they were going to harass us, he was going to harrass them. He got a manager on the phone after several calls.  And that "manager" had decided it was professional to use profanity!  So...Dont fall for this crap! They try to strong arm ans scare you into paying debts that you may or may not even owe.  Beware!

Junk debt buyers! They have been calling for my ex wife for the last year.
Usually a woman calls first asking nicely for you to call back then shortly after a man will call pretending to be the above attorney.
They claim if you don't call back in 24 hours they will issue summons and attach wages.
Funny thing is they use the same script everytime they call. Idiots.

I agree 100%.  As far as I understand, no attorney can attach wages without a court order.

well they called me yesterday claiming to be some attorney's office and that if i didnt pay them a debt they bought out from Capital One(never have own a capital one credit card) they will take me to court. please be aware
