Received the same text yesterday. If your account was truely flagged by a credit card company (or credit union), they will personally call you and let you know. Not send you a text message.

I got the same text. I think the best thing to do is just delete it. When you call the number, you are just letting them know that your number is a viable number and they can send you junk texts...

I recently received the following text message on my mobile phone (which is NOT a smart phone)
From: 1410000001
FRM 19198455525@office.com
MSG: Your Credit Union debit card has been flagged..Call 1-919-845-5525 to remove this issue.
Call your own bank using the number on the back of your card to verify your account status. Do not call the number given. You can report possible phishing attempts to: spam@uce.gov

I also received a text message saying my credit union debit card has been flagged. I also don't have a credit union debit card. I tried calling the number & there was an automated system that wanted me to enter the card number.
