This is the News & Observer. Or at least that is who they say they are when you finally do get someone. I find it extremely unprofessional that the N&O would use phone numbers that you can't call back into to verify legitimacy.

I get several calls from this number as well, they never leave a message or rather they leave around a 13 second blank message. Starting to piss me off.
