Just spoke with a team leader 3 different people an noone would tell me who they work for... Harrishing phone calls are not allowed, they cannot call after 8pm.

I want everyone to know that I found out who this Company is. After I called the Attorney General's Office in Green Bay, WI they were able to track the company down. The company is CREDIT MANAGEMENT COTROLL, ADDRESS IS P.O. BOX GREENBAY, WI, 54305-1654. The attorney general's office advise me to file a complaint with them at: datcp.wi.gov to stop the calls.

This number calls my house everyday i have called the number back several times and talked with Ellen and Justin to explain that this number no longer belongs to the person they are looking for but they just interupt me and are very rude and when I get upset back at them they just hang up. They will not give me any information about thierselves or what company they work for can someone please help!!

The call back message they called from is: 202-470-1557 and asks you to call back ast the 920-321-0827. They've called several times, I told them not to call back....I just spoke to Jim, who refused to Identify the company. This is not the first time...I've advise them not to call back ever as I have before. This company as well as JIM is a freaking fraud and joke!

They constantly call my cell phone trying to collect a bill for someone name Teresa I have told them repeatedly I have had this cell phone number for five years and there is no Teresa, the guy is a total jerk and refuses to remove my number from their system.

This shows up on caller id as: 214-347-7348, but then it says to call 920-321-0827.  I have now blocked both numbers, blocking the 214 number didn't stop them.  They call, a recording tells me to hold, I get hold music and then they tell me that they need me to call the 920 number and reference an account number that begins PP.  I don't know who they are, they refuse to stop calling.  I'm sick of this.

I CALLED THE CMC COMPANY & SPOKE TO A JOANNA AT 1-866-844-2357. I SAID I GET DAILY CALLS ASKING FOR SOMEONE I DONT KNOW.  I ASKED TO BE TAKEN OFF THEIR LIST OF PHONE CALLS & SHE SAID THERE IS NO LIST THAT WE CALL FROM. SHE WAS NO HELP AT ALL- USELESS & QUICKLY TRANSFERED MY CALL TO SOMEONE ELSE. THEY SAW MY PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR CALLER ID AND SAID I DO SEE WE CALL YOU DAILY (UNREAL!!!) IS THERE NO BETTY QUICK THERE- (DUH NOOOOOOOO!!!!!) HE SAID I WOULD BE TAKEN OFF THEIR LIST (AHEM..JOANNA ..HE SAID....LIST!)

I GET DAILY PHONE CALLS FROM THIS COMPANY LOOKING FOR A BETTY QUICK. I PRESS THE PROMPTS SAYING I AM NOT BETTY QUICK BUT THEY STILL CALL BACK.

This number keeps calling here anywhere from 6am in the morning up until 11pm at night...and they will call 10-12 times a day.   I told them the first time they called that they had a wrong number and to remove my number from their list. The second time, I repeated the same thing as well as the third time, only third time.   Fortunately, I am able to block the number so all they now get when they call is a message that the subscriber they have called is not available.  There are laws here in AL regarding times and days when a business is not supposed to call a number and these scum bags need to be reported for violation.  If everyone would report them to the better business bureau it would help.  I did a little research and apparently this company is indeed a collection company.  Please report them if they are continually calling your number, and you have no business with them, or if they are calling you outside of the fair debt collections act in your state.  They need to be reported.

I have had calls from this company looking for someone, Steven Tyler, for years.  When I call the number back I usually get a message and the line goes dead.  Today, I got lucky and talked with Eric, he assures me they have not called me for years - hmm funny???  Anyhow, he assures me that he will have my phone number removed, we will see what happens.  Also have never had a T-mobile account and no other outstanding debt that would be sent to a collection agency.  I have had this phone number for 11 years and have never even known a Steven Tyler.  You would think if someone was using my phone number, I would probably receive other phone calls about this joker as well.  Hopefully this is the end of it all.

Gloria, you should pay your bills....if you're getting calls from a collection agency.  Don't get on someone who has a job.

Everytime this number has called me no one has answered when I picked up the phone.  When I called the number back I talked to a man named "Jim" who has obviously never been taught ANY manners.  His mother should be ashamed of him.  Wanted me to verify the last numbers of my social security number, I told him I would do so as soon as he told my what his company's name was.  He refused and hung up.  I also have never had an account with T Mobile, and if I was considering it, I sure wouldn't now.  Next time they call me I will be reporting them to the police.

This company continues to call me daily 2 and 3 times, but I am not the person they are looking for.  I finally called them and got an answering machine, very strange, but I left a message for them to immediately remove me from their call list or that I would begin forwarding my cell phone bill to them for payments since they can't seem to understand simple instructions to remove a number from a list.  I am so sick and tired of these people!!!!!!!

I receive calls from this number alomost daily looking for Evelyn Gabler. I told them she doesnt live here but they still call.
I moved 12/2010 and inherited former homeowner Evelyn Gabler's Daily Calls, Mail Notices, even early morning knocks at my door with a tow truck looking for a Honda that Evelyn forgot to pay for. UNREAL!!!!!
Time Warner Cable was LAZY and gave me the same Phone number as the last homeowner. combine that with same address .....MISERY! Time Warner said I must pay $100 or file a complaint with police then bring the report to their office so they can change my number without charge.
White pages need to update their files- she moved to Wawarsing, NY.... At Least until the Debt collectors find her there.

There was a missed call on my cell phone. On finding out the info here, I have added it to my "call reject list" on my cell phone. I see no need to do anything else

does anyone know if this for sure is a sexual favor or sex talk phone line ??? i called and a lady answered and I asked her who is this? , and what kind of business is this ?? due to the nature of our business i can't tell you if we do not have business with you. I asked her what is the name of the Business and she said CMC. I kept calling back and got all our representatives are busy please hold and yes the little darlin song was playing in back then holding and then all mailboxes are full and can't receive anymore. Someone please tell the truth if this a sexual favor service or sex talk line thanks much

You missed the point. Collectors are not subject to federal or state do not call lists. Only telemarketers, otherwise known as "ppl selling crap".
