Man has called my number four times in the past two weeks. Caller id reads "WI COUNTY". 1-920-372-1473
Sung a broken up message "if you want to take a ride with me...." WTF!!!

How sad is it that this is what some folks in law enforcement have to go for funding. Maybe the next time they call I'll answer and have a little fun with the person on the other end to get them to stop calling me.

Received several calls from this number only identified with WI County. They of course hang up. When I try to call back, I get a message about the mailbox being full.

'professional' telemarketers trying to get money for the Wisconsin Police Association.  Complain directly to them.  Maybe they will find another way to solicit money.

Wisconsin Police Association....asking for donations to help 'the cause'.  They are a professional group of idiots who have no  affiliation with the police...just hired to collect money for the department...and skim 90% off the top before our TRUE men and women in blue (brown, whatever)...see a dime.  If anyone wants to give money to their departments?  Go directly to them and hand over the cash.  At least you'll know it's going to the parties direct...and put these numbskulls out of business.

The number is a telemarketing for the Wisconsin Police Association.  Wanting donations for the department.  First off?  I donate to the local directly...without the help of a group that takes 90% of the money that is to go toward the 'cause' and eat up the profits.  And to call at 7PM, 8PM and now again at 9PM is the most rude and inconsiderate thing I have dealt with in a long time.  I didn't know who called the fax number before.....but now I do.  Same number.  They get by with these calls because the are asking for donations.  We are on the no-call list...obviously, these brain dead people think that they are above the law.  They are a blight on this organization.  The police department should be aware of the times these hired hands are calling .. and that this one got me out of bed at 9PM...and woke up our grand daughter (22 months).   I'm more than a bit tired of this.

This number calls me 2 times a day every day! It Is extremely annoying! I want it to stop. I never answer it. But I have tried to call back and it always says caller not available enter area code

Ok, now I'm confused-how is money going from them to Illinois?

Only minutes after adding my phone number to the federal do not call list, I received a call from this number, caller id said wi county, so I answered it, and even tho I said hello twice, there was NO responce on other end. Clearly they got the message that I do not want to be disturbed by telemarketers, so they think they can get away with calling whenever they want for the 30 day interval, before they HAVE to stop. Thirty days is TOO LONG in my humble opinion. We should be able to stop them immediately!! By the way, if it is illegal to impersonate a state employee like a police officer, then it should be illegal for telemarketers to say they are from state!

I really know who this number belong to it keep come up on ID as WI Country and don't know who be call. Because no one is leave messenger on my answer machine.

Got a call from this number last night.  Caller ID says "WI COUNTY".  They said they are wanting money for the county Sheriff Deputies across Wisconsin that get injured on the job, and that I could sign up for the bronze, silver, gold, or platinum level of giving.  I told him I had already given at the platinum level, as I do every year.  He asked me if I sent the payment to their headquarters in Illinois. I said "No, I pay a lot of money each year to the Wisconsin Dept. of Revenue each year for services such as this, so therefore I have already given at the platinum level".  He finally hung-up when I asked him why I would send money to Illinois for our Wisconsin deputies.

if your DNCL is anything like ours. there are a ton of exemptions.  For example, Market Research companies are exempt from the DNCL, however they are still required to follows certain portions of the rules, i.e. the use of robo-dialers (AD&D devices).  I would check into what your  DNCL rules say.  If they are in violation, report them to your communication regulators (FCC?) and see if your grievance is legitimate.  You may have to jump through some hoops to get action, but log the complaint any way.

We have been receiving numerous calls from this number at least twice a day.  I am on the no call list so why am I receiving this call?

I am being victimized by this number.  They keep calling a couple times a day for a couple weeks now.  I am disabled and getting to a phone for this nonsense is really making me wonder what the Do Not Call List is being used for as I seem to be getting plagued a lot lately...:(

called me at 4:00 am, told them I did not know them - person had a thick accent, they apologized and hung up

This number called Nov 5, 7, 8, morning and night. I did not answer, they left no reply. Caller ID says WI COUNTY. I've added it to my blocked numbers.

i get calls at least once a day from this number.  But never pick it up.

Same thing here. Hang up when answer machine picked up. ( I screen) I called the I.D. # and it had a recorded message to leave my #. NO WAY! An hour later another call from 732-734-0400. This was from CMS...I highly suspect it's from the same company. They have centers all over. First, go to the national DO NOT CALL LIST..(prohibits telemarketers) after that, go to the same sight and you can report all illegal calls.

Caller identified himself as representing Wisconsin County Police.  I immediately told him I donate nothing over the phone. If you want my consideration, then send me something in the mail. He then asked how much I would be willing to commit to.  I repeated that I donate nothing over the phone. He promptly hung up.

Thankfully, the call from this number came in when I was asleep and the ringers on the phones were turned off.

Coleman is legit, I checked him out.  

Start squeezing money out of these scumbag telemarketers, and I guarantee the calls will stop.

The tried to call me. Call was unsolicited and I consider it harassment.

Rec'd two calls from this number.  One at 8:52 pm on 10/31 and then one at 9:25 a.m. today (11/4).  The first time I let it ring and today I picked up the receiver, but didn't say anything.  The person on the other end (a male), said my first name a couple times, but I didn't respond.  Instead, I hung up.  I checked out this number with a couple web sites and it is a telemarketing site out of Kaukauna, WI.  I'm on a "do not call" list, but this apparently does no good.

I did not did that deep into it this time, but I believe this is the same one that Masks as masks as Milwaukee Police. WI COUNTY is what was displayed on the Caller ID. Contact 6 did run this before and making a note, hopefully I will get around to calling them tomorrow to put a stop to these scams In addition, I also blocked the number from calling me. I just hope that when I blocked them before with OOMA that I did not list them as a charitable organization.
