Received call at4:27 PM. Wasn't home and no message left. Can't stand bypass of Do Not Call List

This number calls our house at least every other day. They've been doing it for about three weeks. Generally later in the evening, and even on SUNDAYS! It comes up on caller ID as WI. VETERANS AF (probably Wisconsin Veterans Affairs).
More than likely they are wanting money (who's not these days) so we don't pick it up.

It's a telemarketer wanting your money. They called tonight and I confronted them about how many times they call and how they leave no message,but,do leave a "flushing water" sound on the machine. I told them to take the number off their list and not call back again.

Have rec.many calls from this #. Never leaves a message. Tonite (Sun.,9/12) @ 9:00 PM rec. another call. Trying to raise $ for something. I got pissed, didn't give them time for more info & told them never to call this # again. Bet that doesn't work

"Local Call" 1-920-482-2445 this came up on my caller I.D. as "Local Call"
The caller is unpublished and originates in Manitowoc,Wisconsin.

I AM NOT SURE WHO THIS CALL IS BUT THEY CALL EVERY NIGHT AROUND 8PM AND WAKE UP MY CHILD. I TOLD THEM TO STOP CALLING BUT THEY ARGUED WITH ME AND HUNG UP.
