This number appeared on my caller ID.  I answered the phone after about three rings and there was no one willing to speak to me at the other end, so I hung up.

So you know they recieve a list of homeowners that could possibly benefit from a different mortgage. This list is supposed to be prescreened against the DNC list. Some do slip through its called human errror. They then remove calls from that list that slip through if the homeowner askes to be removed. They recieve a new list each month and the same people can be on the list again. The people that work at First American are just like all of you! These Loan officers actually care about the people they are helping. They are also able to do many programs other banks cannot do. Most homeowners have no clue about mortgages and if there are better programs. Almost all of the loans done here are with homeowners that had no clue they could save 100s monthly and 1000s over the coarse of their mortgage. That is why the cold calls are made. And alot of banks charge an application fee to see if there is a better program for you. What we do is take your current situation and see if it is the best or if there is something much better, it is free to find out. Most people are very shocked at what is available for them now. I understand it can be frustrating, but why not find out if there is something better than what you have? I hate getting calls on my cell even though I am also on a DNC list, but I now actually let them tell me the reason they are calling.. never know it could change my life. Same thing First American is doing for homeowners. Changing lives.. for the better.

This company actually helped me out and saved me a ton of cash each month. I was looking for a website to praise thier hard work. All I found were people complaining about thier efforts to help their current situations out. You guys need a life and to mellow out a bit. It's not like they are scamming you. They are honestly carring people who have a valid service to offer. I was sceptical at first but they were professionals that helped me out when my bank couldn't. I'm sure they have to find business somewhere and some how. They bugged me too at first but then I actually listened to the guy on the otherside after a few calls from them.

I do not want anymore calls from this number. They keep asking for a person who is not here.

keeps calling my number , i answer they just stay on the line , will NOT be taking any more calls from this number i will BLOCK THIS NUMBER!!!!!

They purchase records from the register of deeds from various counties... These records provide name, adress, and some mortgage information.  They in turn look up phone numbers associated with the name/address.  Who knows if they check these "paper" records against the DNC list or not.

They called late at night to offer rates on Mortgage when I am on the DNC list.

YOU HAVE TO REPORT THESE CALLS TO THE DONOTCALL.GOV WEBSITE -ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY otherwise they CANNOT DO A DAMN THING - they do not know YOU are receiving these calls  - that is why they have a FILE A COMPLAINT BUTTON!  

Instead of just complaining that they do not work -REALIZE that  there are always going to be those SCAMMERS who will not follow them -IF NO ONE BOTHERS TO REPORT THEM - WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?

We have received several calls from this number have never answered. Our home phone as well as 2 of our cell phones all ring at the same time - ALL are on do not all lists.  How do we get rid of these calls?

Well, dontcha just love when our politicians pass these "do not call" laws and create these bogus do not call lists, then pose for holy pictures cuz they're "looking out" for us? I too am on every do not call list known to man, but still I receive these bothersome calls from unscrupulous businesses. Yes, "truth time", any company that doesn't abide by do not call laws is unscrupulous.

It's been my standard practice for some time now to let voice mail answer any call where I don't recognize the number. If it's that important, the caller will leave a message. I love caller ID.

I am on every no call list there is and am sick of getting these calls.

Given the call I recieved and the altered state that the company representative seemed to be in, I am more likely to believe fedup over truth time. If the guy is so great and runs such a class operation why does he have to rely on hounding potential customers. By hounding I mean multiple call a day even though I have already told more than one rep that I was not interested and would not be interested in the future. So Truthtime, next time you see your buddy Mike you should inform him that he has defamed his character all by himself.

Fed UP is either a gutless disgruntled former employee or slanderous individual.  Michael Eisenga has owned those buildings for several years.  He took them from floundering enterprises to well run businesses.  Mike is at these buildings weekly, but has capable management in place.  I would advise the author of the FED UP message to make sure information they disseminate is accurate, since penalties can be high for slander, and or deframation of character.  

Michael Eisenga owns several businesses, employs hundreds of people, and cares about employees, and customers.  I should know I have been both.

You have no idea how bad this man is. He also owns assisted living facilities named Prairie Ridge Assisted Living. My mother lived in his facility in Waupun at 819 Wilcox St. This place is the biggest joke and has anything but quality care. Managers are terminated every other month. Their is never enough food served to the residents, and Director of Operations Leshia Donaldson was stealing money and narcotics from the residents. Michael Eisenga never shows up or is anything to do with these facilities he just sits back and provides crappy care, and poor quality services. The facility always has state in it, and they Michael Eisenga also owns the golf course in Columbus. Stop this terrible man. He deserves what he gets. He will get what's coming to him, you can only treat people terrible for so long before it comes back and haunts you.

Last night I got a call from 1-920-623-5621 the caller ID said "Out of area"  But the guy on the other end said he was from a mortgage co.  Asked if I was satisfied with my mortgage.  He sounded awful young.  Told him I was not interested and hung up.

I have recieved numerous calls from First American trying to get me to take out a mortgage thru them. I have told them I am on the do not call list, have filed a complaint with State of Wisconsin, and asked them not to call me again...all to avail.  I invite others to join me in calling their company President, his name is Michael Eisenga...HIS home number is 920-623-0371...call him around dinner time, turn the table, and ask him stupid questions. Googled number before answering, found this site so did not pick up.

Asked for me by my first name; did not mention husband's name at all.  Said she could guarantee saving me $700 a month on our mortgage, caller just needed some "banking information" from me.  At that, I hung up on her.

Caller asked for me by first name and identified herself as being from First American.  She wanted to know about my home mortgage interest rates and about consolidating my debt.  Their rates were substantially above my current rates.  (No, I didn't give her my rates or debt data.)  When asked why I was being called, especially because I am on both state and national Do Not Call Lists, she responded "the lists aren't always perfect."  I asked her again for her name and company so they could be accurately reported to the authorities.  She hung up.
