Lmaooo! Mine said my SSN was "put on hold by the government also" bunch of idiots

I have received an e-mail from this company ACS Incorp on two occasions threatening to sue me for a payday loan in the amount of $900+.  I have responded to the e-mails asking for more information and tried calling several times today.  Someone did pick up once and asked for the account number, which I gave the number from the e-mail. He then verified my name and asked if the last digit of my SSN were XXXX.  I asked him what payday loan company was sueing me and asked if I could have more information but he then hung up the phone.  I've called back but the number is busy.  I have no idea who these people are or why they would be threatening me.  I have purchased payday loans in the past, however, I am either paying on them or have paid them, so I have no idea what this is about.

I got an email too.  it's a scam.  If you were being sued they wouldn't send you an email.  plus It's signed the United states of Attorney...there is no such thing.  Mine said that my SS# was put on hold with the US government..what does that even mean?  The letter doesn't address me by name or have any identifying information on it.  I'm ignoring it..i suggest you do the same...if you search ACS inc, you'll see all their scams.

Getting emails from this company saying i am being sued for defaulting on a payday loan. The above number is the number i need to call back to settle the matter.
