got a call from this number. am in australia. picked up to a automated female voice "goodbye"

Received call from 1-922-819-0059 and 1-000-000-0000. Both cases, the female caller identified herself as with the Neighborhood Watch and asked for a specific female person by name in our home. She then began asking for if she was married or single, asked when she was born (didn't provide), if she had any children. At that point, my wife ended the call.

I had no idea who this call was coming from. I googled 922 and come to find out there is no such area code here in the United Stated. I did not answer the call it went to my message box. Person hung up. B

Got a call from this number and let the answering machine pick it up. I heard a female voice say hello and then hang up. Hate these calls.

Got a call from this strange number - they would not say anything. There was noise in the background. I would like to know where it came from and why they called, how they got my number, etc. Caller ID shows "name not found."
