The caller left no message, and is a non-working number, meaning someone is up to no good. Perhaps they are trying to find homes to burglarize.

Credit card scam
I just received a call from this number asking me to call with my credit card number to get a lower interest rate. I think it is phishing scam 12:00pm EST 01/29/2010 was the call time and date

I don't answer calls without identity. No message was left.

I have two lines and they both rang at the same time. One has caller ID and one doesn't. The one that does had this number on it and I answered and it was a "Rachel" from "Cardholder Services". It was automated telling me to hold on if I wanted to learn how to lower my interest rate, blah, blah, blah. I hung up on both.

Saw this on my caller ID. Never attempted to call back because a computer search showed there is no such area code.

This phone # just called me and left no message. My return call moments later got the message that this is a non-working number. Some would-be burglar is probably looking for people not at home in upscale residential areas using a spoofed number. My alarm system is on, even when I'm here. I wish the law would do something about these kinds of calls.

Call was on caller I.D. and when you call it back you get a recording saying this number is not in service, spoofed number probably.
