This number belongs to Capital Management Services which is a debt collector.

It starts as a recorded message from a credit card company saying they can "lower my credit card
interest." I pressed '9' to be connected to an operator and when I told them I don't carry a balance on my credit card and would they please take me off their call list, they hung up!

I called my cell phone company and also local police. I am told that the Attorney General could can do something to block this number.

The most affected person thru these calls is me.
When you all receive call from this above number and wen some of hit back this number from your phone somehow it gets routed to my cell number.

I get like 20 calls a day and annoying voice messages about this anonymous caller as people shout and leave message on my voice message. Its really annoying.
I hope something can be done.

It is a scam!  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!  They will wipe your credit cards clean.  I have been told that when the Federal Government gets close to catching these guys, they pack up and move!  They are located off-shore and are cocky as hell.  When they called I told then they were going to get caught and be put in jail, the guy laughed and said with an Indian accent, "Yeah right, they have been trying to catch us for 15 years".

Get a call every Wed about noon..

I too am getting daily calls from these people, I press 9 and ask to be removed from their calling list and they hang up on me.  This is harrassment

This company calls me at least once a month. Always a recorded message about lowering my credit card rates. I have told them a million times that I am on the DNC list & not to call again. They are always rude & insulting. This last time they used the name 'Member Services" but often change it & usually have "Name Unavailable" pop up on the Caller ID. Today I was told- "Thank you for your interest in lowering your interest rate. Can I have your name so I can verify who I am speaking to?" I told her- 'No, actually I need your name." With that she hung up on me. Total scam. Any legit company would not act that way & would have a legit number when they call (not some 000 number). Can't the government crack down on these obvious scam artists?!!?

Held on long enough to ask the person calling his name: he says Thomas.
Asked who he represented: he stated: Bank Card Services.
Asked for his last name: he says I don't give out that information.
Well, I said: I won't give you my last name either or any other personal information!
I said: I think this is a "SCAM".  Thomas hung up, if that was his real name!
I hope the FEDS are able to track them and shut them down!

These calls come at all hours of the night 5/8x a night. we have to shut our ringer off to get any sleep. And this is a danger with 3 children.

I get a call from this number almost everyday. They won't give you a number to opt out. I have pressed twice to talk to someone to quit calling me and the first time the guy just slammed the phone down on me. The second time the woman kept telling me that I was the one who pressed nine,so if I did not want to speak to someone I should not have pressed nine. I told her I wanted the calls to stop and she kept saying I pressed nine. I was getting nowhere so I hung up. The recording says that this is Rachael from credit card services.

Next time they call answer with "(name of city) police department".  It stopped the telemarketers I had calling me despite being on the DNC list.

Another fine example of how lousy things work when the government gets involved! Remember this in November!

Three times today, from this and two different numbers:  Again, started out recorded from Rachel from Credit Card Services, had to prompt out for a person to tell them to stop calling me and that this was the third time today to which "Chuck" responded, "well you can suck my c*ck".

donotcall.gov is supposed to be the "save all:" from this, but it sure ain't working.

Want to lower your unknown interest rates, they have no idea who you are and call people on do not call lists.   Why can't people get jobs to help others verses harras people.

This number called to tell me all accounts were up to date.  If I wanted a lower intrest rate to press whatever key it was.  I asked why are you calling me I am on the Fed do not call list?  She responded so rudley because we have nothig else better to do, and hung up on me.
When I tried calling back it what a fake number.  I found out from Comcast that it is called Caller ID Spoofing and their was nothing that anyone could do about it!!!
So I have now reported them to fed do not call list.  I do not think it will help since it was a fake number!!
