Telemarketer

The caller identifies herself in a recording as Rachael and states that you
have qualified for a lower credit card rate for a limited time and should press
#9 to speak with a representative which I did (to COMPLAIN) but got no
"representative.

This ruse been previously originated by a 239 exchange which I reported to
FCC so will probably have to do the same with this phone number.
