Had a series of VERY UNUSUAL CALLS happen yesterday; unusual as normally NOBODY calls me, ever. Two calls came from this number. Two calls also came from some carpet cleaning company 100 miles away (I suspect caller I.D. spoofing). Additionally, two more calls came in as "UNAVAILABLE". I did not answer any of these calls and have no intent to return them. Probably bottom-feeding no-accounts & thieves looking to further fleece me of $$$ I don't have. Sincerely, God help them. And God help us poor, trusting, gullible sheep who try to believe in a God fearing world or society. If engaged, I will do ALL that I can to apprehend & convict these vultures. resp. jh

You'd better file fraud with your bank also! You also need to alert Comcast that someone is spoofing their ID on this also. Along with filing complaints here:

Do not talk to these people. They are scam artists, crooks and identy theives.
They posed as employees of Comcast and said that my computer was at risk. After I signed on the computer, they had access to my IP address (don't know how) and pretended to show where "unsecured programs" were affecting my computer. They promised to put an advanced WindowsCare v2 Personal software on my computer to identify viruses and trojan horses.
Somehow, they obtained my credit card information (scanning my home computer), home phone number and name/address (public databases). They took $450 from my bank.
Doubt if it will help but I will file a report with the FBI and local police.

I usually do not answer calls unless I think it is someone I know...I answered this call thinking I saw the area code as my own.
No one seemed to be on the line or about 10 seconds, then I heard a click, and this foreign voice said, Hello...I hung up immediately.
| Rick 2014-03-06 01:27:46 Unknown |
Same here...some scared sounding foreign dude saying he was from Windows.
I always tell callers like this in the beginning 'I am on the Do Not Call Registry list. Do not call me'
They instantly hang up.
How is it there is no technology available to weed these waste-rods out ?

I got a call also, answered and identified themselves as my computer was sending messages to Windows, politely said not to call me and I did not trust this call. Hung up, hopefully will not call back!!

I got a phone call from this number today. I never answered it, just let it go to my history. It didn't leave any voice message either.

Morons call from different numbers 214-area codes, 924 area codes but same scam "I am from windows technical department" angry guy with foreign accent. I just tell him he is a liar and hang up on him.

Got a call from this number today and the guy left a voice mail saying "hello" a bunch of times. Area code 924 doesn't exist so something is definitely suspicious here.

I am on a mission to report this call for your windows, and it is 924-482-1984. This is sad, and I kept interrupting them and they hung up. They sure can call to get info from you, but they can't take it back. Can't someone get these thugs?
| PhishingIdiots 2014-01-25 22:56:46 Prank Call |
Call from Tech Support from Windows. Don't fall for these idiots. I was threatened by them, and I'm sure they'd love to threaten anyone else they try to call. They try to get you card information. They try to get access to your computer through TeamViewer. Directed me to go to www.innffosis.net, not sure if they were trying to pretend to by the real infosys or not. Worthless trash.

I think its the NSA mining and tagging your number
it USED to be spam calls from telemarketers...NOW i would bet its NSA putting tags on our phones to build bogus cases against U.S. citizens. The way they have their taps set up is we are only 4 phone calls away from a suspicious character(person of interest)..ever play 7 ways to Kevin Bacon? And did you know you are only a few acquaintances or known associates from the Daii Lama? Law enforcement software from ten years ago would spot A drug dealers neighborhood and every one in a 3 to 6 block area would be on the Know Associates list, even if you were squeeky clean and did'nt know the guy or his activity you would sitll be a suspect connected to the perp. Now the NSA has fine tuned it so that if I get a call from some freak in the drug or terrorist community I am on the list. In order for them to frame and coerce citizens into compliance they can spoof a criminals number to your screen AND phone records. They can frame you without your knowledge or complinace with the criminal. If i call someone by mistake or return a call to a freak, everyone else I talk to on the phone is also on the WATCHLIST!!!!!....because THEY spoofed a call to me from a FOREIGN COUNTRY or a Known USA area code of peple who don't like whats going on.
THE NSA IS NOT THERE TO STOP ANYTHING THAT IS AGAINST US THEY ARE THERE TO DIG INTO OUR PRIVACY AND NULLIFY IT, WHILE MAKING CRIMINALS OF US ALL.
