yeah, i get it too, and if you call the # back it says it's not in service

They called this morning and said I need to clear a matter up.  I call the number back and it says it is not in service.  Does anyone have any info on this company?

they call at least 3 times a week today i threatened with attorney action if they ever call again.

They have called one time over the last week.  The message is an annoying one about an expired vehicle warranty.  I just pressed 1 "to clear up the matter".  matt answered and asked for the make & model of my vehilce.
and i asked him (how do you know that my warranty is expired?) the he hng up on me! but i search for this phone and i found some information i'm not sure if somebody else using this phone or this phone o the company is fake becaus on the they talk about vehicle and here they offer fitness

I've hung on the recording about a million times.  Today I went ahead and pressed 1.  Some guy came on the phone and said, "Make and Model of Car?"  I said, 'No! Who are you?"  He hung up.

Calls everyday.  Pressed 1 to talk to a real person and got connected to a woman who would not give her name and when asked, would not put her manager on the phone.  Isn't it illegal for a telemarketer to refuse to give out this simple info?

Caller ID showed Pleasanton, CA phone #925-264-1210 somethng about debt collection.  Call was last received about 8:38pm 3/5/2008.  Initial voice was obviously recorded and intimidating.  I punched 1 and go a female that began with a barrage of questions.  I asked for an explanation for the call - she hung up.

They left a message like this for me too.  When I have tried to call the number they called from it says it is not in order.  Whatever happened to the do not call list?  I was on it.

These no-life pukes. Who would do business with such a shyster approach!

Called and left message that "this matter must be taken care of immmediately or you will be liable"   for  something -- didn't say what. The caller was a woman with a harassing type of voice.

Something about a car warranty.  WE HAVE ONE ALREADY!!!!!!

Got second phone call tonight.  I let unknown numbers ring--both times a message was left about "you might be responsible for all repairs."

filed a complaint with donotcall.gov.
if it works great, if not oh well.
this is the 2nd time they have called.  The first time he was asking lots of questions about my car, warr etc., noticing he did not introduce himself and what company, i asked "Who are you with?"  Of course the phone went dead.  They called again approx 10 min ago and I didn't both picking up.  If they do, I will play the game and get as much info as I can.

Just got a call, didn't answer,  and they left the 2nd half of a message about us bein gresponsibile for all repairs, probably the extended warranty company that has been calling from another number. Will report to donotcall.gov

No message, just rings several times and quits.  I don't answer if I do not know the number.  I am getting lots of these type calls now, from several different numbers.

We've received the same call multiple times now and it does feel a bit threatening.  I've contacted the BBB and Consumer Affairs.  The number appears to be generated out of Pleasanton, CA but that's all I have been able to find.

Just got my first call from this number today....did not leave message.

Calls every day, sometimes two to three times a day. No message is left.
