Didn't hear anyone at the other end. This 925 number was calling into my area code, 408. Just very quiet, nothing obnoxious; however, what do you want, can I help you with something area 925? Take care....

They called. I answered with "Bueno", we speak no Spanish here BTW. I hung up after they said hello twice.

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell and my phone at work... WTF is this? they left a message and knew my first and last name... but the message trailed off and it was disconnected. im so irritated with these freakin calls. and when i call back it says the number is disconnected. GRRRR

I TRACED THIS NUMBER BECAUSE I GOT 3 CALLS IN 1 HR, NO ONE WITH RESPOND WHEN I SAID HELLO AND I GOT 3 EMPTY VOICE MAILS.  IT CAME BACK TO PAC-WEST TELECOM.  I CALLED 1-800-511-9048 AND FOUND OUT THAT THIS IS A PHONE COMPANY WHO PROVIDES THE LANDLINE PHONE SERVICE TO WHOEVER IT IS CALLING.  THEY SAID THEY WOULD TELL THEIR CUSTOMER TO STOP CALLING ME AT ONCE.  IF I  GET ANOTHER CALL, I'M FILING A COMPLAINT.

I have been getting calls from this number for over a year. The accent seems
to be Pakistani, and the man always says his name is "TOM Wilson", or Paul Revere, or some such contrivence, thretens me that I need an attorney "or else I cannot help you as this case onfolds on you".
It's always the same script, just different guys (maybe). I know I don't have to answer these calls, but sometimes I like to screw around with them. The last two calls, I told him that I had just died. I started to get emotional on the phone saying things like "Please don't bother me now at my time of loss". The last time he called, I interupted him and asked him if he accepts Our Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. After a minute or two they hang up.

I finally got tired of them calling and picked up the phone but said nothing.  When someone said "hello?", I told them to put us on their DO NOT CALL LIST and hung up before they can say another word. 9/25/08

Ncaso called for the first time this evening. We don't answer calls we don't recognize. Based on what I just read here, I'll wager it's not their last try. Jerks.

Phone rang about 8:45 PM. I saw on caller I.D. it was NCASO. I didn't recognize name or phone number so I didn't answer. Before my answering machine picks up and starts recording I can hear their voices. Sounds like a woman with a spanish or phillipino accent. I couldn't understand what they said. I guess I'll see if they continue to call. I am also on the do not call list!

I answered it, heard some background noise, no one responded to my "hello"s.

Just got a call at 8:00 pm (pacific time) from caller id of Casso @ 925-281-6402. Did not pick up since I did not recognize the name. They did NOT leave a message.  Since my sister lives in the area code of 925, I thought I would look up the number on the internet. I saw all these comments, so I thought I would log my unanswered call as well.

Saw number 925-281-6402 on my caller ID twice earlier in the day, did not answer. They did not leave messages. Googled thier number and found this site. Third time they called, a woman claimed to be a company called Medallion and said I probably did not remember them. I said knew all about them (thanks to this site) and they should remove my number immediately. I guess I'll find out if they honor my request.

Just got a call from NCASO, or so it reads on my caller I.D.  Telephone #  925-281-6402.  The woman asked for the owner.  It was a boiler room calling.  I told her to take our name and number off the list and to not call again.  I then hung up.  So annoying!

Received several calls from NCASO 925-281-6402.  Lot's of talking in background and then occassionally they would talk into the phone, cussing and making obscene conversation but would not respond to my voice other than laughter.  We no longer answer the calls which come about 9:00PM each evening and today about noon.

Call came in at 8:14pmPST. I answered and the caller asked for my daughter. I said that she was not available, but quickly asked who was calling. The person said, "Ashley Whitehurst" and hung up. I used *69 to see the number that called (we don't have Caller ID enabled) and found out it was 925-281-6402. Sounded like a boiler room call with noise in the background.

It's got to the point, when these guys call, my wife answers the phone, screams into it, then hangs up ;)

Just received a call at 8:21 p.m. from these people. I'm also on the Do Not Call list. I let it go to voicemail and they hung up.

Has been calling my home for over a week 3-5 times a day - all different times. Hangs up on the voicemail.

ya i just got a call from these guys or guy. its a prank call, since every time they call they're different ppl, or theyre scammers for real. i used to do that stupid s***, i would pick out an address, call pizza hut, & since u need an account with them, i said my name and address then they would deliver the pizza and charge the guy. i was sucha bi*** i know, but this guy or kid i think, is just messin around. he just needs his a** beat i think :)

Just received a call from 925-281-6402 even said my first name and hung up. Googled the number and found all this.  Thank God for the internet.
If it keeps happening, I'll turn it over to the DA.

They called @ 8:30.  They left no message.

Just got call from 925-281-6402 - NCASO came up on screen. My number is also on "do not call". They call 2 or 3 times a day, never leave a message. Sometimes you can hear them whispering in the phone.

said they were from the Special Olympics and that I had pleged before, Now they are asking me to do it again. I have no idea who these people are

They call everyday.  NCASO appears on my caller ID and I let the machine answer.  Like everyone else, they never leave a message.  It is very irritating...I wish they would stop calling!

Received 2 calls, Dec 18th - last call at 8:30PM. Called the number back and got a recording that explained how effective they were at soliciting charitable contributions and thanked donors. Could not decifer the company name but they gave a contact for putting your number on their don't call list.

Just got call from 925-281-6402 - Casso came up on screen. Said he was from Special Olympics. I told him he was the same guy who called at 9 p.m. last night when I was asleep. I hung up last night and he rang right back and hung up on me. The 925 area code is located somewhere in the East Bay near San Francisco. My number is also on "do not call".

Called at 7.14pm PST. Let it go to voicemail - they left no message. I'm also supposedly on the Do Not Call register, not that it seems to limit these calls too much.

I answered at 9pm, some whispering and then they hung up

Called tonight at 8:30 pm.  I let the answering machine get it and they left no message.  My caller ID shows NCASO which seems to be a little different from everyone else.

Called me in Orange County California (714) area code around 8:57 pm.  The answering machine got it, I don't think they knew right away.  A man was talking to someone else indiscriminately, something about making $80 working on Saturday night, then he said "hello?" but left no message.
