Received one call from 925-289-2503 within last week. There was no voice message left.
This phone number has been imported and added to the "Call block" black list.

Essentially it calls once, you block it,  and then adios! - never again. Love it!

Ymax comms corp on caller ID. Asked for me by name. Claims be working in the area and asked if I needed any work done. I asked him where in the area was he doing work and he couldn't give an address. I asked where his office was and he replied Walnut Creek at 437 N Main. I told him there was no such address and he hung up. Definitely some sort of scam.

Have also been receiving calls from this number.  Getting annoyed!!!

Called & hung up when I answered. If it is that Design company, they are actually located in Los Angeles & not Walnut Creek

Called this morning.  Answered, but no response from caller.

Just did likewise.  The guy is a complete pain, isn't he?

Has called every other hour for the last 72 hours, really annoying, there has been atleast 30 calls from this number. I call it back and it is magic jack or something.

I get hang up calls from this number constantly, multiple times a day.  They never leave a message or say anything.

I have been receiving calls fro 925-289-2503 for overf a week on a daily b asis.  Sometimes
it is 2 calls a day.  I say hello and there is complete silence on the other end except for one time
when I am sure I heard a voice say got lostl  I tracked the number to a solar company and do
recall getting a sales pitch from something similar a month or so ago.  Harrassment>  I am planning
to notify the Walnut Creek police.

I just go this call today. He asked if Mr or Mrs xxx (he used my correct last name)  was home. I said this is an office phone, can I ask who's calling? He said "hmmmmmm."

I said "You can't tell me who you are." and then he hung up.

Just called my home number but it only rang twice and then quit ringing without me picking up. Weird.

He has called a few times, but doesn't say anything when I pick up and say hello. Not sure to how to make him stop

Called me this am and to say he "did work in the neighborhood" and when I said I didn't need any "work" and asked where he got my number and could he remove me from his list he replied, "found it on the floor" and then hung up. Obviously trying to case properties for robberies or some such unsavory activity.

Came up simply as a Walnut Creek number. The person who called said he was from Top Design. When I asked what Top Design was he hung up. Contact with Top Design in the LA area eventually led me to a supervisor in the "call center" who stated he had no knowledge of spoof calls by his company and couldn't answer further questions. He suggested I call back tomorrow and speak with a supervisor, however, he could not provide a name of anyone.  Based upon his responses and the manner in which I was treated I wouldn't recommend Top Design to anyone.

1-925-289-2503 is a Magic Jack number.  These people are probably NOT calling from Walnut Creek, CA.

Educated Guess: It's A1 Solar Power, a solar company based in Van Nuys, California with branches throughout the state (including a branch in Concord) or one their telemarketing fronts.

Don't forget to complain to donotcall. It does make a difference eventually. Also you can block that particular number thru your carrier. Wish there was more we could do to stop these people.

Next time he calls, ask for his contractor's license number.

Got this call at 8:30 a.m. Was in the shower. I didn't get out nor answer the call.  Have been getting these calls a number of times. Hopefully they are not casing homes --- I don't like the looks of this!!  San Ramon

Kevin Long called to see if we wanted to remodel our home or needed construction done.I asked how he got my number & basically they pick from a list & call everyone in the SF bay area. I told him I would get back to him. Really pushed to book an appt, but I always research companies. Shady that there isn't a website for Top Design. I think they are a 3rd party who matches people  with construction companies.

have gotten several calls from this#. usually I say hello several times but no one answers..this time I heard a deep voice in background laughing. not sure if they are checking to see if someone is home or not?

They called this morning...I liked Maggies idea so I spammed his password reset too. Hopefully it worked!

Call frequently. When I answer no one is there and then a click followed by a disconnect.

Top Design has just started calling us in the last week or so. My husband answered the phone this morning and the caller was a girl giggling to someone next to her - not realizing the phone had been answered. My husband had to keep saying hello. She said she was from Top Design. My husband asked who they were and she said very arrogantly, "oh you've seen us around". My husband said, "no I haven't and I don't know who you are" and hung up on her.
We just got another "Walnut Creek" call from them tonight at 7:32. This time it was a man with a very deep voice. I told him they call us every other day and to stop calling the house.
We've had a few day time buglaries in Danville now and I too think they are casing homes.
