I finally actually spoke  to someone after numerous times of me hanging up.  They are some type of student services however, she told me that she had my name and number from me previously having some type of student loan.  I told her that it's not possible as I graduated from college in 1988 and owed nobody any money for student loans.  Ridiculous that these types of calls are allowed.

Get calls from the 3 times a day. I have spam blocker on my phone but this doesn't seem to deter them after a solid month. Not sure who they are.

Calls says he is with FHA and received my mortgage loan app from their site at fha.org -- which I never submitted.  I asked what info he received from this supposed mortgage loan he claims to have received, he says 'just your name and number'.  Spam Scam
fha.org is a hospital system in Florida.

I've been getting constant calls from this number since my junior year of high school. I'm  a freshman in college now and they still won't leave me alone...they call everytime just to say "I cant hear you." and hang up - . - how irritating.

Just made a payment yesterday  to Aspire Resources,. Inc. by phone. They are the new servicer for our student loan.  Interesting that the following day I start receiving  these phone calls!  Anyone else serviced by Aspire?

Called while I was in Meeting the lady assured me "oh this won't take 3 minutes " again I say I'm in a meeting and hung up. SHE CALLED BACK 30 minutes later!

Probably making cold calls, that's where they call to see what time of the day you answer the phone. They called twice and wouldn't say anything. Reported to the FTC, FCC and State Attorney General.

I couldn't decide rather to file this one under telemarketer or prank call. I mean technically it would be a prank call if it weren't a business number but businesses can prank call us all they want.

They must be making cold calls. That is where they call and don't say anything because I got two calls and no one said anything. Well they were just reported to the DNC, FTC, FCC and State Attorney General Office.

They have called numerous times day or night from this number, and will not respond as to who they are. I have requested them to stop calling and remove my number from their list when I have spoken to someone, yet they are still calling.

I get this calls asking for a someone, when I tell the is the wrong number they hang up. but call again a few days later. They won't identify who they are.

i have told these stupid peopple to stop calling about 10 tims already adnd they don't get it. i have gotten 3 phone calls from them today already.  i have requested top speak with managers they all say we will take care of it but the next day i get another phone call. i just don't understand what they don't get about do not call me.

Just received my first call from this number, call up on my caller ID "California", but I was on the other line.   So I have no idea who or why they are contacting me.

Has anyone applied to an online university?I keep getting these calls also and I think  the calls are  from San Diego California. I had applied to a University  this Spring, this is where they get your info, but the school is located in another state. and then  I decided against the university   because the school was a; for profit school .I did research  on that school and found out that they kept the students remainder of money after their semesters were over.

They keep calling even though they are on the Do Not Call National Registry!  I wish they would stop..

This # called me, phone rang 2x and then hung up when I answered.  I called back got music and then was advised via recording to leave a message.  No info on what the name of the company is.  After research of this phone #, beleive it to be some company trying to "Further My Education".  I started getting these calls after I filled out applications on some On-Line Job Websites.  I am on the Do Not Call Registry.. However, they claim that I gave my info to them to call me.  These Job Websites give your info to these companies.  I no longer am looking for jobs online.  These companies never actually tell you the name of the specific company they work for.  That is illegal.  After telling them multiple times to put my # on their Do Not Call List, they still keep calling.  They call from different #'s every time.  I am now reporting to the FTC all calls I get.  Go to www.FTCComplaintAssistant.gov to make complaints.  If you are on the Do Not Call Registry it will direct you to another site to make your complaint.  Give as much info as poss and the date and time of the call.

Please stop calling my cell.....I redialed and heard music until I got a beep and was told to leave a message.......aargh!

Just got a call from this number 925-293-3422, and they asked to speak with me, i told them this was him heard someone talking in the background telling the women what to say, they asked me if I wanted to go back to school, and I said no, this stupid bi*** wouldnt listen and said would i like to go back to school next week, I said no im already in school, she continued to repeat the same thing so i hung up..........

Please have this number taken off my list and have them quite calling.

I am a business man in NW Montana and DO NOT APPRECIATE calls that either hang up or call and waste my time.  Would LOVE to have them give a name of business, phone number, address.  Once that is done I will send them a bill for my time wasted.  If not paid then I can take them to Tribal Federal Court as I am certain they do not have a Fair Indian Traders License pursuant to the Fair Indian Traders Act of 1896 which supercedes UCC Code of Business Law.  As this act does indeed have much nastier ability of putting them in Jail than that of UCC code.

Have gotten a few calls, I haven't answered them. I'm on do not call, so it's annoying.
