Just got a call from them, Becky sounded so perky and friendly - I hated having to hang up on her.

I just called them back and they said they were the American laser and care center? WTF? I dont want a free consultation! Stop harassing me every hour! I never signed up and haven't given out my number!

It's a collection agency out of San Ramon CA.  They also use another number 925-452-4132.  They are very aggresive at what they do!  Don't be shy, know your rights.  And, don't allow them to bully you!!!!!!

no caller id but I know the numbers, the usual number that calls is 9254524132, to throw off me on the DO NOT CALL LIST so you wont know, the recorded message said to call back 1-800-909-9095 ext 4044 and ask for Candy?  I know this is a collection agency but why name your self after a call girl?  I don't have any debt.

They call and ask for people who don't live here. They had the nerve to ask if I would pay for someones debt?  I asked to be taken off their list and they agreed but called me later that day and asked for people who don't live here again.  Now they just call and hang up when my machine answers. It's harrassment in the most extreme.

Keeps calling. If i dont have the number saved in my phone and they haven't left a message before, I wont answer.. but after 10-15 or so calls, I called it back.. and it doesn't even connect. Crazy because I dont owe anyone money... at least i didn't think..  Time to credit check. San Roman mafia collection agency basterds.

they keep calling me and not saying where they are calling from! 925 is my area code so i assumed it was someone i possibly knew!

    Aggressive and harassing, basically trying to collect on a debt from Household Bank,  which was an account never used,  and immediately closed due to id theft.  Now, after 5 years they are going to try and scare me with a local call and an authoritative, burly woman making threats????  Anyone have a street address?  haha

no message left, however I found that this collection company is named ARS and they have another rollover number of 925.452-4132, I don't know where their home office is located
