They call several times a day!  The phone rang at 6am!

They seem to call  me from india 10 + times a day. And when I let
them process a payment over the phone, they lied , took more out
than they were supposed to and did not credit me for the late fee that
they said they would it I made a payment that day. They even asked
to speak to my spouse. Wamu needs to tell its Indian workers that
US law does not work that way. Unemployment rate is high in the US and
we take care of people who come over here only to get harassed by them.

We have the same problem...we have been a customer for years,,we were a couple of days late because of reduced work hours.......they started calling over and over...........7 or 8 times a day.........even after we sent them some of the money and told them we'd send the rest next week.........they keep calling..every day..saturday and sunday included from 8 in the morning till 9 at night.......we've sent the money and they still call 8 times a day.......this coming from a company that owes the IRS 12 billion in unpaid taxes and refuses to divulge what they did with their 25 billion dollar bailout.......and you can't even understand them since they outsourced their harrassment center to India.......hope they go down in flames ...all of them

I am interested in writing a letter to the CEO of WaMu with complaints of these multiple calls.  If you like this idea, please email me at jeanines610@gmail.com, for I know just one voice cannot be heard.  I honestly snickered when I saw them on the news last night about losing a lot of money this quarter.  This harassment is ridiculous.

WAMU - If I'm ever late with my payment within 5 days they get some poor b*****d Indian guy who's probably paid $5 a day to call me daily and curse me out. What a great corporate citizen. Anyway this is the number it comes from.

I work for Lithia Toyota of Redding and they call everday at least 4 times. I answer, and as soon as I answer and start talking they hang up.

Started getting calls from these numbers ever since credit card was stolen over the internet. Like to reach through the phone and grab them by the

Caller ID says San Francisc CA.  Now that I see on here that it is Washington Mutual I know who it is.  There are calling about my Visa payment.  It use to be under Providian.  They have a bunch of different credit companies for credit cards, credit unions and mortage.  They are a very big pain and won't go away until you pay it.

They call at least 1/2 dozen times a day...I usually don't answer because I am at work. They called last night at 9:30 and when I answered they wanted me to call another number to make a payment, but why?  A payment for what?  Who am I giving money to?  Who are these people?  They have called at leat 15 times in 3 days....I have stopped answering their phone call, maybe they will get board and stop...

We receive a call every few days around 4 to 5 a.m. local (N.E. Asia). That's around 5 p.m. EST.

426246625 3 times in 3 hours  on my work phone, I can't answer it when I am on another call... no message left...

Got a call yesterday from 925-738-0249.  At first there was no sound on the other end and I kept saying hello 4-5 times.  Finally someone on the other end asked if "so and so" was there.  I forget now what name they asked for but it wasn't anyone I knew so I said you have a wrong number and hung up.  The next day I got a call from 924-738-0269.  This time I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message on the voice mail either.

Washington Mutual  

VERY HARRASSING - calls up to 20 times a day, as early as 5 in the morning as late as midnight on Sundays. Have told them multiple times to quit calling. They do not remove my number from their lists. They call my cell, my house and have been harrassing me at work.

I do not have a Washington Mutual bank account or credit and would not take one ever thanks to this harrassment.
