Calls and hangs up almost every day on our business line around 3pm.  very annoying!

I tried calling back and the recorded message says that due to high volume an agent is not available at this time, please call tuesday through friday.

Calls everyday Monday through Saturday.  No message.

This # called and did not leave me a message several times.  I returned the call.  An autmated attendent answers with "Washington Mutual", then asks for the 16-digit Credit Card #.  If you wait long enough, it asks for 9-digit Social Security # instead.  If you wait longer, a person picks up the line.  The person who answered was able to tell me my account number and an INCORRECT balance using only my phone #, name and address.  She said it was overdue and the COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT was handling my account; she wanted to transfer me to them because she could not help me.

I called the 800 Customer Service # on my card (866-892-9268).  The lady verified that this phone # is from their Call Center in California.  However, she only asked for the last 4-digits of the credit card and had a correct balance amount.  She did NOT need to send me to another department in order to help me.

This company, whoever they are, SUCK!   They don't leave a message, they don't speak ENGLISH - typical ****ing foreigners!   Don't even try to talk to them cuz it's like some machine.

Recording. Not a live person. So until I start getting calls from live people, I have no interest in anything they have to say.

washington mutual is the WORST BANK they harass you, they lose your money, they have terrible customer service, the branch manager in onrovia is rude, and they contract calls from pakistan so the person calling you has no idea how to speak english.... wamu can bite me!

I'm pretty sure it's Washington Mutual. I have a credit card through their company and have seen the 925-738-02xx come up before.

This number calls every morning at our business line. I finally googled it and found this website. It's very VERY annoying!!

It should be Washington Mutual. They use lots of (all) the 925-738-02xx phone numbers.
