UPDATE!    I called the number back and the line didn't even ring. Upon haning up my phone rang instantly. A man on the other end said that 'someone at my number was online recently requesting information about health insurance'. There are three people in my house, and all three of us have had the same health insurance for a minimum of a decade for each of us. One of which is Humana. I instructed the man to remove us from the call list or face prosecution, he was more than compliant, and American.

I answered the phone, said 'Hello' twice and a machine said 'Goodbye'. Luckily my internet is NOT attatched to my phone line, being that there have been 'hushed' county conversations about phone calls and people getting online to look up the phone numbers and having their internet files,transactions, etc, compromised.
