"Tim" is recruiting "three financial advisers in my area" and left instructions to call this number if interested: 866.922.4065.  

Google and switchboard don't show that number anywhere.  No company names specified anywhere in the voicemail that was left, either.

This is a scam, to sell leads that are probably not even legitimate. The 866 call back number goes to progesssive home owners.

call was a solicitation for 3 financial advisors and to call 866 965 4065, no other information provided sounds like a scam to me

Received call - answering machine pickup call - no message.

same thing happened to me

called me but never got anything on line when I answered (just dead air)

They left a message regarding wanting to recruit financial advisers.   They also leave a number to call back 866-952-4065.  
I didn't call back, of course.

I called it back. Says its Dublin Marketing (or something like that).  I am sure its some survey or telemarketer.

it's a telemarketer--not sure what for--it left a recorded msg on my voicemail...

They leave no message but keep calling
