My office is on the "do not call" list but for some reason, we keep getting unsolicited calls. A woman just called from this number and asked for the "payroll" department. We're a small 3-person firm, and I told her they weren't available and did she want to leave a message. She was VERY rude and said "I'll remember you" to me. DUH? So what? Why do I care if she remembers me?! Hopefully she will remember not to call our office again!

Caller ID only says Livermore, CA and this number.

I've received numerous phone calls from this number. The first time I was busy and took down the girls extension. I called back the next week, and her extension wasn't active. They called my cosigner at their work and threatened to garnish wages over a private loan with AES. AES had my enrollment information incorrect and I was not supposed to be making payments, nor was I ever notified that I was late on any payments. I get another call again today from a lady that is rude and will not stop talking. I inform her that the information that she has is incorrect and that she needs to get in contact with AES to verify the information. She refuses and claims she will not hang up the phone until I make a payment with them. She eventually starts yelling and does the spiel "this call is being recorded and any information obtained through this call will be used in attempt to collect a debt" blah blah and hangs up.

I call the number back, but you cannot get through to anyone without an extension. I just randomly entered an extension, spoke with a gentleman and he could not verify my account information or that anyone had called my number previously. I continue to get forwarded to a lady named Pam, but constantly get her voice mail and have yet to get a call back.

I advise anyone that has to deal with this company to hang up, verify the information and get in touch with the lender that they are calling to collect from. DO NOT DEAL with debt collectors!

i just recieved a call from 925-960-4700 a girl told me she wanted to verify employment here and she even game me my moms name and as soon as i told her she was my mom she told me thanks and hung up is this a trick of some sort or what it was out of the blue call?

This number keeps calling and I don't know who it is but wish they would stop calling me.

Called looking for a person with my last name.

Called looking for a person named "tyler mars" wanting to know if i knew him or if anyone in the building new him.

Asked for "Ann" - when questioned said that she had picked my # from the directory because of same last name. I assume tis a bill collector ----

They called asked for someone who hasn't owned this number in over 3 yrs. they hung up. Called them back at the 925-960-4700 and had an automated road block. looked them up called a 925-960-4701 and spoke to Andrea. She asked for my SSN denied here that one, asked for an account number don't have one. Then proceeded to tell her about the first called asked for the Companies name DCS based of of CA. She said just disregard the phone call informed her no I will not taker my number off their contact. Also asked for her name noted the company and time. and informed her I was recording the call if I recieive an more of these I'll be speaking with my Lawyer. Fight back get their infortmation and track how often many times it can be grounds for harrassment.

its against the law to call peoples jobs and harrass them

Well- I just lost my job of 7 years because my boss was livid that this company tracked both he and his wife down via their cell phone numbers. I will be contacting an attorney and wonder if it was worth it to them to destroy my families Christmas and eliminate the only income after the oil spill eliminated my husbands. I would love to meet with these people face to face. They are cowards.

Woman calling from this number identified herself as Santana calling from the Dept of Education needing to verify payroll information. She asked for our payroll department and refused to speak with anyone else or leave a message. When I accepted the call, she asked for my company address verification, stating it was for a wage garnishment. Being suspicious, I told her the address was the same as attached to phone and internet records. She stated that I didnt need to be rude and I reminded her she was calling ME.  I asked what employee was being garnished & she advised that she could not disclose that information (!)  She then asked for a fax number which I gave, and she hung up on me while I was trying to ask her a question.
