They are trying to collect a old student loan i took our for my son...
They called my employer and tried to garnish my wage...
Im not stupid im pretty resourceful....

they just called here AGAIN for my brother....wanting to know if i can give her his number...NOPE...not my problem!!!! he will never repay them..i know that much!!! the amount he owes them is twice he makes in a year -  still not my problem....i asked that they stop calling me...

Yes I had recieved several calls in one day. Again they will not leave a message. And I had just recently had a death in the family. And pretty annoying when the phone kept ringing like that and then do not leave a message.  And then again just today got 2 more phone calls from this number but get this 2 minutes apart. Again no message left. I am just wondering if they would want that done to them in time of sorrow.

I get these all the time, they call and then they hound you to tell them more cousins, aunts, uncles and other people they want to know about. They the person of the phone starts to really get puffy, so you just blow them off.

Tell them that the person they are looking for is DEAD! If they don't believe you then give them another collection number!!!!!!!! Works every time!!!!

I sware, people have more inportant things to do without getting idots like this to call at un-holy hours of the night just to see if Hyme Lipshyts is home!!!!!!

Try learing how to work a phone, there's a thing called a Phone book!!!!! Try using it next time

its definitely a collection agency. cause i owe money on my student loans, the left an initial message to call them back now its just them calling over and over and over again.

I keep getting calls from them also, they keep stating that my student loand are in default, but i have a forebarence with another loan company that will end this year...it was based on income.  When I told DCS this, the man got irrate with me and told me that I had to make payments to them even though I was in forebarence on the same loans with another agency!!!!  WTH??????????

Diversified Col (caller ID) called my home on a regular basis for weeks, sometimes 3 times a day while I was at work. Finally, they left a message about it being urgent that I contact them. I tried and they never answered the phone. When I got through I asked asked for a number to locate a nephew of mine?  I said I had no phone number for him- actually true! So she asks me to take her name and number and tell him its urgent if I see him at all!  SHe has got to be kidding!

They have been calling me for about a week now; manily with no messages. Last night, around 8:30, a lady decided to leave a message stating I needed to call her ASAP. And then called back like 10 mins later. I dont conduct business after 5pm (not professional) It makes sense that they are some type of collection agency (preferably loans) since I am in default.

It must be a scam, I paid of My student loan in FULL about 25 years
ago and have no other debts. I made an official complaint to
the do not call registry as we are on the do not call list.

Yeah, they called me and asked for me by name. I countered by asking whom I happened to be speaking with. They give very little detail as to what they want until you tell them who you are and verify DOB.  I mean, I am not paying them. They told me 4 months ago that it was going to go for wage garnishment.

It might not be a scam. They are a collection agency, often for defaulted college loans. DCS = Diversified Collection Services. They have been trying to reach my son, and I know he's way behind on his college loan payments.

I started receiving these messages about a week ago...I did'nt answer....A man left a message that I needed to call him back ASAP.....He left NO DETAILS....Obviously a SCAM...................
