Yeah I met this woman in Denver.  She tried to to tell me she was some millionaire! I was at the Yardhouse in Denver, ordering a drink.  We started talking and she introduced herself.  It was crowded and it took awhile for my drink to come.  She started talking about Sicre metals and her business.  As she was talking I was researched her name on my handy dandy IPhone. WOW....what a scam!  I came across all these negative comments on her.  My drink finally came and I asked her if I could buy her one, she said of course!  Told her to let the bartender know I would pay for the drink after using the restroom.  Left her at the bar with the tab!  She thought she can scam me with her big saggy boobs and cheap perfume!

LIsa Sicre is a con artist! She has no real business!  She manufactures a company on the Internet but has no real physical company.  Sicre Metals isn't real.  This woman will only take your money! You are foolish to give her a credit card number.  I found out that she is under fraud investigation in two states.

This woman Lisa Sicre is a scam, she opened a fictitious chrome shop called Sicre Metals, which does not exist...I personally flew in to see her location and it was called New Year Metal finish, I asked if there was a Lisa Sicre and they stated she was a client of theirs and that she moves around alot. She has lived in Santa Ana, Arizona and now Colorado, I am searching for her as she has swindled a few people I know, she has taken in credit cards and has not issued people their parts. My understanding of a chrome exchange is you send in the parts first and then you send in your exchanges. This person charged her customer first and never sent in his part. BE AWARE, This Lisa Sicre is a SCAM...

First of all, you wanted a chrome exchange.  That means you trade your parts for our Chromed Plated Parts.  You never sent your part, so you were refunded your money.  
I think that's pretty simple to understand I thought.

I was charged $164 on my Visa by a Lisa Sicre from a company in CA called http://www.sicremetals.com/ doing Chroming.  I ordered chrome lowers for my customers Harley 02 Classic and never received them.  Called multiple times to get the tracking number and they avoided me each time.  So, I called this number 928-208-7238 from my billing information and a guy named Shawn picked up and I told him what was going on.  Waiting to hear back from 4/09/10.
