Same story here, got 1-866-650-9883. His name was Justin Josphip from Fort Collins Colorado. I asked him who he was going to farm my number out to and was told that Solar America would be calling within 48 hours. The phone number that they call me at just goes to voice mail anyway but it's 3 four time a day (I'm not home). Green Energy Association will charge the company for the lead that they get sometimes up 150.00 per lead. I set up appointment telling them that they have the wrong address and I have moved. Give them address that will show up on map quest or related site's knowing that they are reality sales plots out in the middle of the of nowhere. LOL.  Calls won't ever stop it's part of life, someone making money for the lead and not caring who or how that lead is produced. I own my own business and the calls for Merchant Service's that I can save so much money with "this and that", I know the recordings by heart. One of my best jokes to play with them is to ask where they are from, then reply back "Your not from R.T.I."? They go "No" I'm not never heard of R.T.I. and repeat where they are from. I then ask if they are from "Rub & Tug International" and I was waiting for my call the set appointment with a happy ending! Some just keep on talking, others tell me that I'm disgusting. One sale person told me that he's been doing this for 20 years and was laughing so hard because that was the best one he has every heard. Wanted to know if he could use that himself. LOL
      Anyway, you chose to answer or not, just done give out information that would be used against you for any reason.

Supposedly eligible for energy credit due to change in Federal laws.  Hung up on it.  Recorded call.  Posted number to Do Not Call Registry.   Maybe nomorobo.com will pick it up.

They just called, I didn't answer.  Area code 928?!  I'm in NY.  Ridiculous.  Blocking.

Called our mid-fl landline at 5.20p on 5/21/14.  They left no msg and caller ID is simply the phone number all run together.  We had an earlier call from 928-457-0245 at 4.08p which was probably from the same thieves.

On May 13, 2014, I received three automated calls in a row telling me that The State of Arizona will pay or owes me up to $21,000 dollars in energy bill savings.

This number has called my cell phone three times within a five minute period.  Not knowing who they were (but I suspected it to be a telemarketer) I did not answer...oops fourth call just now while I was writing this.  I am on the do-not-call list and thoroughly disgusted that this number is so persistent but does not have the decency to leave a voicemail.  Blocking this number.

Had 6 calls today when I got home all about 10-20 min. apart never left a message. Probably telemarketing call, based on the other posts. THX.

They call over and over and over.  Today alone I received 6 calls from them in a 3 hour time period.  I have caller ID so I don't answer.

i am getting tired of it! they can't leave a message, you know it's from yuma, and we don't know anyone from yuma! it's a waste of our time, and it needs to stop!!!!!

Why would you wish ill on the children?  They didn't ask for the scamming jerk parents they got, did they?

I hope the children of the people that own this company and work for them get cancer and die long lingering painful deaths.

May 8, 2014.  I'm in Honolulu, HI.  They called once.  No message left.

Actually I was wrong, they called us three times in 45 minutes. Even if we are home, we NEVER answer unless we know AND want to talk to the caller.

@Hawaii, that just proves to them that a real live person answers your number. You can expect a lot more calls from them now. Do you "reply" to spam emails, too, asking to be removed? It will have the same effect.
This number called us twice in 15 minutes today. We were not home, once they left a blank message on our machine, the other time nothing.

"You are eligible for an energy relief program".  And I hung up. Answered after they called three times in one hour.

Use Ooma - they have a very good call screening / blocking feature that you can add any number to.  Unlimited, unlike your local telecom company that usually limits this to 10 numbers.  I just keep adding and adding.  All despite the fact all my lines are on the Do Not Call Registry.  That's a waste of time - no one complies, and if you report them you've wasted your effort because the government does nothing about it.

Five calls in 55 minutes. I answered and pressed 3 to stop the calls. Hopefully that worked.

Stop calling - I get this at least 2 time a day 7 days a week - Ive block this number and they use a different number to call. I have unplugged the house phone because they wake up my 7m baby. Freaking someone stop them.

constantly calling - cannot end these calls - never stop - did everything to block them - ceaseless - please - if ever anyone gets these people's home numbers - POST THEM AND CALL THEM CEASELESS all hours of the day and night.

I heard on the news that you shouldn't press any buttons.  Do not answer the calls if you don't know them.

Same people calling me over and over.  It is for solar energy.  Company called "green Energy Assn".  if that is the legit name.  I've asked to be taken off the list, but it does not work.  they keep calling.  From various numbers.  got a real number form them of 866-650-9883.  But they harass and hang up if you ask for a manager, ask why they are calling, ask who they are, or anything else that they don't like.  RUDE and illegal to call me anyway!

Another "Not a sales call" robo caller offering Utility cost reduction, If the Do not call list people were legit THEY could find the source of these calls - or there could be legislation permitting us to follow through, cost free.
