Who is this that keeps calling and hanging up and then when I dial it "we're sorry your call cannot be completed as dialed" and How can this be if this number just called me?????

I receive calls from this number daily. I have asked not to receive calls from them. All I get is a smart responce not to click any buttons and then this guy hangs up.

I got a call from this number as well.Did not answer.

They keep calling my work number, I said hello 3 times, no one answered me so I hung up.  I hate these people.
