Received a call from this number.  Not recognizing it I did not answer.  They did not leave a message.

I have received two calls in the past three days from 928-328-1938. They left no message and my caller ID did not reflect who called.

his company is a vehicle warranty service.  They call illegally in violation with the Do Not Call laws.  They send out notifications in the mail that appear threatening by quoting mail fraud laws on the envelope which are unnecessary but a scare tactic.  They then try to sell you a warranty you do not need, for in my case I already have an extended warranty with my car manufacturer.  They are spoofing their caller ID output.  Their number is really 877-394-7471.  After complaining in the past, they called me again, then when I questioned them, the young Hispanic man that called me hung up.  Report these violations to the FTC and FCC web sites.    The company is called VSC Marketing Group dba (does business as) Repair Defense Network, 800-466-5933.  www.repairdefensenetwork.com  This company is calling illegally and I propose we file a class action lawsuit.

They call many times a day

The first demand letter I received was turned over to the attorneys at Nissan USA. They said they are building a case. But really strange. Today received a phone call, did not answer, they did not leave a message. When the mail came in there was a second demand letter from they which will be sent to Nissan USA.

Did not answer, didn't know who it was. Yes, I get veh. warranties from peo. as and what a pain in  butt. I wish our Fed Gov. would do something about all these calls and scams, they don't do much else for us citizens of America, LEGAL of course.  Well, I deleted this number and see what happens.
