I'm getting calls at work. I don't understand, because I did make a payment online on 8/01/12. This is not making sense. I will look at my records, and I see it isn't showing up on your site. I did make a payment.

Appears to be Kays (left no message but based on poster above me and based on their system when i logged in payment is in transit), weird is they called ME in NY at 8 am, its 5AM their time!
Also they need to check their system as my payments are automatic monthly - check before you call people!!
