this is a non working number , I called it back to see what it was and there is a recording saying its non working which means  its a scam as soon as you say hello they pick up from a different phone

Just got a call from this number a few minutes ago.  I didn't answer it since I didn't recognize the number and they did not leave a message.  I have no idea who it is or what they wanted.  All the caller ID said was New York, NY.

Just called me, I didn't answer. No message, but judging by how many spam phone calls I've been getting the past week. I'm 100 percent sure this was one of them. I'm seriously considering changing my phone number. I'm on the do not call registry and I swear it made things worse and did not help one bit. This is just getting ridiculous.
