yes this number has been calling for months nonstop. a recorded message, uncertain of the language.

I agree, please list this # in the DNC registry so that they may be shut down, they are a Vietnamese scam and have a long list of numbers

Got a call, they left a message in Vietnamese. They are trying to sell phone cards.  If you try to call them back and get off their list they will hang up on you. Reported them to the National Do Not Call Registry at: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2
They call from a long list of phone numbers. Please report them and maybe we can get them to stop.
