Got home from running errands and there was a message on my answering machine, that said they were "DQS" or "DQX" and "were working on my street" replacing analog cable lines with digital. It was made to sound like a utility company notification, but it was really a sales pitch, or possibly a trick call from a collection agency to get you to push a button ("push "1" now! they said). I've also been getting collection calls for people who had this number before me.
