GREEN TREE SERVICING ..... They are not a wonderful company to deal with..

Apparently Green Tree.  Won't have anything to do with these scammers

I had my mortgage transferred to Green Tree and they apparently are tired of sending me mail to refinance with them from Bank of America.  My phone is a new land like that came with my internet service and now they have the number.  Google all the complaints about this company and how they are actually trying to steal your house.  Do not do business with them.  I am attempting to find another mortgage honest company.

Don?t recognize the numbers, so never answered it until early. They call daily and at least twice a day without any message. Finally answered the phone. The man claimed himself as he represented a company called "Residential MD? but also from Green Tree. Although I mentioned not interesting already but just kept talking. We didn?t provide any personal information at all. We interrupted his speaking and asked him to take our numbers off from the calling list. His response was ?he would like to know the reason why we don?t want the service and it would take up 30 days remove our numbers off from the list even we are on D.N.C. list?. Really ignoring.

This guy just keeps calling and Calling asking for my husband, Wont talk to me because my names not on the mortgage. When I call them it says thank you for calling social chatter our offices are now closed?

Do not know whom calls, but admit we have our personal house now financed thru "Green Tree" if that is whom it is; taken over from B.O.A. (Countrywide) or what ever.  "Refinance at no cost"; yeah right!  Not only now getting the calls but have received letters every week (some times more) begging us to refi; when do the idiots get it thru their heads there is no interest as there has to be something behind their repeated motives!!!!!!

Horrible, I told her that I was not interested and she kept talking and talking. I just had to hang up.

GREENTREE SERVICING.  Absolutely the most horrendous people I had every had the displeasure of talking to. Rude. Unprofessional. Angry.  Mofia-like.  Practically threaten to send Guido over to break your kneecaps. Just terrible people. They will call if a payment isn't received by the first of the month. Or they may be calling to offer to re-fi your home and demand financial information. Just block the call!

Caller id shows Effective Teles.  This is Green Tree financing, not debt collector, but just as obnoxious.  Our mortgage was switched to them and at least once a week by mail or phone they want us to refinance with them.  Have tried MANY TIMES to ask them to leave us alone and just pay the mortgage, but it never ends!!!!!!!  Hate them

Caller Id said nacogdoches tx. No message left. Probably either a scam or solicitor.

Caller id shows "Effective Teles" so naturally we didn't answer and of course there was no message left.  Since we don't know anyone in Huntsville Texas, we know this is not a personal call.
