Same MO. I did not call back. I assume it is some kind of scam. I too am on the "do not call list". Don'tcha just love it when things work right? And yes, I know there are other ways to go about these calls. But, like everyone else, I am tired of idiots wasting my time with their inane schemes. Freedom of speech is one thing, this is another. Throw the bastards in jail, I say. Nope, better yet, put them on a work gang and let them repair our highways. They can't do any worse than the people that make highway repair a lifetime living, all in the same section of highway, year after year after year. My grandfather would have some choice words for those people too.

I recieved a call, but the signal was lost before I could even hear who was on the phone. Looks like that was probably a good thing!

Do a google for Symmetry Direct in Ohio.
Ohio Premiere is what it ususally goes for.
They are currently running an employment scam, and some people are afraid of an identity theft scam.
Good luck.

This phone number called my cell phone. A person named Lisa saying she was calling from a company in dayton, oh (she did not state the name of the company) and she was going through some forms and was following up on mine. Asked if I was looking for part-time work. No idea how she got my cell phone number. I have been working full time for years. My phone is and has been registered on the do not call list.

I'm the one who wrote the post at http://homeschoolresource.blogspot.com/2007/10/mlm-schemes.html about Ohio Premier. I'm glad it's helped people. They seem to have a habit of calling people at the beginning of school terms or on break. I know they go through WSU's phone lists as well.

Being the poor college student I was, I found a flyer for a part-time job opportunity with this number on it for $800-$1000 a month. Excited, I gave the number a call and the lady wanted an interview to happen in two days!
That's when I wanted to learn more about what I was actually getting interviewed for, and I'm glad I searched on the internet because if not I surely would have fallen for their scam. Thanks guys!
Sadly though this means I'm still poor. Ah well!

Received call from 937-247-0966. Said someone had referred them to me for possible job. No mention of who referred me or company for whom she was calling. Reverse lookup on whitepages.com revealed "Latis Hamilton" at 195 Byers Rd., Miamisburg, OH. This address is about 20 minutes from my home. She called my cell phone which is listed on a business account and called me by name.

I got a call, i think # was restricted, Tish said she was from Ohio Premier, offering the possibility of a part time job and to call 937-247-0966. Really appreciated finding this info.

Right. I got a call from Brody. Same thing, I had to ask twice what the name of the company was, and I was ignored when I asked him who referred me. That information was apparently not in front of him, nor was my last name. Register your number on the National Do Not Call registry and when these people call again you can tell them that they are ignoring federal regulations.

Yeah they have contacted me 2x already
I had to go in andask where they got my number from, got the typical run around it really sad that they are waisting the talents of the employees to be nothing more than telemarketer scammers, Can these people REALLY not find a real job in life....I hope the make some money at this (I doubt it)
When I went in there they all just looked so happy you could just see the "I love my job" on their faces. One day someone is going to go off on them, I look forward to reading about it in the paper.
Hey guys,....if you want a REAL job...call me, you can do much better

Exactly thesame happened to me as to the person above...

I received a call on my cell phone from "Tisch" saying that I had been referred to her and that I might be interested in a job opportunity in a local health and wellness office. She left the phone number 937-247-0966. When I called back, a friendly Voice Mail answers and asks you to leave a message.
I did a "reverse phone number lookup" and the following landline was listed:
Latis Hamilton
195 Byers Road
Miamisburg OH 45342
A google search for 195 Byers Miamisburg OH included "Ohio Premier" as follows:

Yeah, I just received a call from them too?from Lisa offering a job at Ohio Premier. Which is kind of ironic since I'm only 14 years old?strange?
Juanie 2008-06-04 16:37:50 Unknown
Yeah I was just called by Ohio Premier. I found this site checking to see what kind of job it was... Guess it's not a real one.
brook 2008-05-22 00:49:31 Unknown
Jim from ohio premier also called me and said that he wanted me to pick if i wanted a part time or full time job.

A woman named Lisa left me a voicemail on my cell phone, used my first name (which is on my voicemail box) and spoke of "touching base on a possible job opportunity." Funny thing is this "Ohio Premier" company has nothing about it on the web and I have no for hire listings anywhere.
Ridiculous 2008-03-28 20:22:51 Unknown
I also recd a call from this Ohio Premier # saying there were told I was looking for part time temp work. I have not idea where they got my cell #. I guess putting the cell # as well as the home # on the DO NOT CALL LIST doesnt really work does it.

Another site confirms this scam:
http://symmetrydirectscam.weebly.com
Apparently they call offering full or part time employment only to get people into an "interview" which is an over-hyped sales presentation for over-priced vitamins.
BM 2008-03-06 17:46:46 Unknown
Knew my first name and said Mr. (garbled) told her to call to see if I was still interested in working for them. Left a name and call back number.
No, I have not applied for any job.
kc 2008-02-28 01:46:55 Unknown
I got a call from them too! They said I had applied for a job, but I have a brand new cell phone number that I have not given out. Weird.

Call from Ohio Premier, apparently also use # 937-558-0448. I no longer even live in Ohio, haven't for over a year. And work full-time on the west-coast. So somehow they got my number, its gotta be a scam. Would love to know how they got my cell number.
