So far, I haven't figured out the reason for the calls.

We just moved back to this area about a month ago and have a new phone number. About 2 weeks ago I started getting phone calls from this number. I haven't answered so I'm not sure what they want. The caller ID comes up Blackham D

It sounds like some jerk.  The person leaves no message and just breathes on the phone
