VERY VERY STUPID IF U ASK ME.  I CALLED MY LOCAL POLICE STATION, AND THEY DID TELL ME THAT THEY WERE GETTING A FEW CALLS LIKE THAT, AND THAT THEY THINK THAT IT MIGHT BE A SCAM AND TO BE CAREFUL. WELL, I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT IT IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL PAY DEARLY I PRAY. THEIR LITTLE KINGDOM WILL FALL RIGHT INTO THE PITTS OF HELL.

ALTHOUGH THEY ARE OPERATING OUT OF INDIA, SOME WAY THEY ARE PICKING UP NUMBERS FROM THE US AND USING THEM IN ORDER TO SCARE YOU IN ORDER FOR YOU TO REACT TO THEIR BOGUS ACTIVITIES. EACH AND EVERY NEWS MEDIA, TWITTER, FACE BOOK AND ETC. SHOULD BE NOTIFIED OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS DAILY. WHO KNOWS, MAYBE THEY WILL GET THE MESSAGE AND GO TO HELL WHERE THEY BELONG.

THIS COMPANY KEEP CALLING ME SAYING I'M GOING TO BE ARRESTED AND i DON'T OWE ANY MONEY TO ANY COMPANY. SO I TOLD THEM TO ARREST ME

I live in New York and was told that ths was the New York State Police and there was a Federal warrent for my arrest. I asked for a badge ID and his local office number and was promptly hung up on. I called the 937-424-4731 number, that the gentleman gave me and was connected with Christine Johnson, Christine had a verythick Indian accent and when I was place on hold the back ground music was Indian. I thought it was strange that a Federal Office on hold music that was Indian. She demand that I send her money or she would have me prosecuted for fraud. I asked her why a Federal Officer would be a collection agent and she changed her story and said that she referred the cases to Federal Court. I asked my lawyer to give them a ring. She would not give a company name and provide any details to him. She said I should give my money to him and have him bail me out of jail before she hung up on him. She tried to call me back  but the switch board would not let her thru. I eventually called her back and told her to please send or fax me information pertaining to this charge. She then threatened to send and speak to my employer about this supposed fraudalant debt I had made. At this point I hung up on her. This is a total scam there are no warrents. I have been served no papers or proof of this supposed debt.

I had this exact same thing happen to me yesterday!!! He had a thick accent and he said his name was officer James and the number that showed up on my caller id was 918-596-9222 a police call center and he left a number of 937-424-4731 to call back and I get a person saying they are with the FCC and wanted a payment with a money pak that you get from family dollar or walmart and he made sure and said you don't need the pre paid card they will try and sell that to you but you don't need it. PLEASE BE AWARE of this man!!

I received a call from this number and also 911 telling me to go to my local state police turn myself in andthat I was being investegated for fraud,all I do is work and sleep I did nothing wrong and some kind of way they did it from a local number it had me really worried till I read some of these post.

I received a call today from this number stating he was a federal officer and I was being arrested for my use of social number if I didn't call my local police department was going to serve me with a warrant.  Unfortunately he didn't realize I contacted a detective with the dept and there is no such thing.  The call came from Ohio communications

I got this call twice from a 911 but didn't answer because i didn't unstand the call from emergency call. but they left a message and when i call they said to me their from FCC federal claim call which i look up and their is no such company as that but Federal claims act and even that it said to avoid all scam call. but by the way this time is name i agent johnson seems like one guy is using all different names and it told me that i took out a loan wouldn't tell from where but i knew it was a scam because he keeps telling to ask family or friend to see if they can loan me. another red flag for them is when he is telling what type of payment and where to go to make the payment. he told me to go to walmart or safeway and use what is call a money pak so i keep questioning him about the payment thats when it done on me that this happen to me couple months back and i was such a sucker i paid them and after that never heard from them and yes this person has an indian acsent. people do not reply to this number or a 911 number which we all know that a number is for us to use in case of emergency it should not be calling us at all...

I rec a phone call today aug 28th, saying i had a warrant taken out on me. I will be arrest, i did call back and a lady answer saying it was unclaim court. I said dont call me anymore go find a real job stop trying to scam hard working people out of their money. I also said i had call my local fbi, she hang up on me.

I received a call today from this 937-424-4731 number and the caller had a very deep accent.  He stated I had received a electronic loan and didn't pay the $200 back in December 2011 and with late fees I now owe $493.  He also stated he was calling from the state police office.  If I didn't pay this money I would have a warrant issued out in my name, arrested, would have to pay a bond alot more than the $493 owed and would have to appear in court with my criminal lawyer.  They couldn't give me any information on who I owed the money to or when I received the loan.  He called from my city 911 number to get me to answer the call.  Also when I stated I needed more information he gave the telephone to his so called supervisor which was a female who spoke perfect english.  This female stated she couldn't give out any more information over the phone.  She repeated the charges and gave me her extention to talk to her direct because she would give me the information about how to send the money.  This is a scam I know it is.  I didn't receive a loan in December and I have bank records to prove it.  All I can say beware of this SCAM!  I am reporting this call to the better business bureau and my local news investigation staff.

I just rcvd a call from Officer James from the Oklahoma Police Department.  the call # was from 405 739 1388.  I called them back there was no complaint or warrent for me.  Oklahoma does not make phone calls alerting people to pay Federal fines to avoid local arrests under the for the Federal Code.  The call back number was 937 424 4731.  The call had a THICK INDIAN ACCENT!.

They called me and I actually thought they were legit .until they said who they were representing ...Same company that these other two scammers were representing ....they also called using 911 which threw me off ..somehow they have the ability to change their number ...its always the same heavy Indian accent ..He said he was Federal agent Jack Harris ...I asked how can you call someone using 911.. I said I'm calling the police he said go ahead he is federal they have jurisdiction I said well I am former NYPD and I know this is illegal ..he claimed if I don't send money they will have me arrested ..I told him go ahead cause they are waiting to hear from you so they can find out who YOU are!! .and he hung up ! ..

That's exactly how they called me. And they left me a very convincing phone call I called them back and they told me I had to pay1450.30 or I was going to federal prison for four years. Did they say they were from the fcc as well? I looked it up one has got to do with commu
nications and the other is about tax refunds.

I too have gotten numerous calls from this number over the last three weeks saying he is from the FCC and thhis name is Michael Brandon.and that I have to call this 9374244732 number back. I call him and he gives me a case number. They said I got a cash advance out in 2011 and that I can spend upto 4 Years in federal prison for not paying it back. I haven't had a job or bank account in 4 years so how coyld I have gotten one out. They had my social security number, cell and home phone number.I started looking through these and found that some one else had the same thing exactly down to the federal id number. I want to thank everyone who had posted stuff about this it reallly calmed my nerves after reading these. I am going to the police tomorrow about this. Thanks again everyone.

I got the same call yesterday.  Couldn't make out the name though, very heavy Indian accent.  Told me there was a complaint against me and my ss#.  He said I had to call the Federal Claims Court at this number (937-424-4731).  By the way he called from my STATE POLICE # (609) area code.  My husband said google the number and this is what came up, a long list of complaints.  SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!

I just got a message today as well.  The called id said 911 and when I listened to the message, it was a guy with a thick accent saying that I needed to call the Federal Claims Court at 937-424-4731 or I could get a warrant for my arrest.  He also said, "If you don't call or turn yourself in, I wish the best for you in your future."  Huh?? Who says that.  First, I've never done anything for any law enforcement agency to contact me, so I knew to google this mess right away and sure enough, here I am posting as well.  

I will go to my local authorities on Monday and let them know.  Hope something can be done.  How stupid is he?

I just got the same call about 10 mins ago, stating that I need to call telling me to call 937-424-4731 or else I can be arrested  that my name & SSI was given to them.

This happened to me today.  My nephew who is a federal attorney did a conference call together with me. Of course, we discovered they were scam artists.  I also called the police to report it.

Unfortunately they told me these calls may even be coming from Nigeria or someplace. It is really
difficult to do anything.  

We need to just ignor them.

I have gotten then same call an messages from the same people stating the same thing and on the first time they said i will be arrested for it if i didn't call them or turn myself in etc, Nothing has come of that call and now i have gotten a sec call the same way and they always say the same thing in the most rudest and unprofessional tactics to i think lower me in to there scam

I received a call from this person first as brian richards called this number 9374244731 stating I had a case against me from united national bank telling me I took out a loan and wanted me to send him money in the amount of 450.00 every two weeks on the 15 and the 30th of the month if I didn't do so he told me he would alert the authoritys in my state and he hopes I have a good federal attorney who is this person his first call. Came as a 911 emergency call he calls as cesar mckenzie also alert your authoities right away to stop this person.

I just received 2 calls from them on my cell and then they called my job.  I have no outstanding warrants and owe no loans.  Seems that the names and phones numbers keep changing.  Because yesterday it was a 911 number.  Incredible how these people get away with it.  It's not the first time and the won't stop.  How do I get them to stop the harrassment.  Anybody have any idea let me know.

Received call from this number, person claims that he is a officier of the Federal Court and that the NJ Police wants to give me a chance to clear up some court matters.  I didn't get his name but told him to take me to court as I have receipts of paid in full from the company he claims I got a loan from and didn't pay.  I'm waiting on the police to come arrest me.

This guy is crazy person!  He totally calls all the time claiming im going to jail in the next 24 hrs.  We called him back with a fake name and he said he was looking up our info and sure enough the false name was going to jail too unless we went to western union and wired him money.  He also called back under my city's police department with the same claim.  I have contacted my attorney about this and plan to take legal action with this loser.  Its jerks like this that need deported.

I received a call from Officer CeaserMcKenzi, it showed up on my phone as 911, he stated that if I didn't send him $250 dollars that a warrent would be sent out for my arrest. He stated that he represented United National Bank

I also got a call today from this number, called him back and alls he can say is this person is going to be arrested.
