Caller didn't say anything, but I heard background noises.  Caller hung up after a few seconds without saying anything.

I received several calls from this number there is never anyone on the line, but you can hear them in background. I have tried calling back and simply end up in voice answering machine hell.

Called picked up no answer when picked up line.
Called them back...they are looking for someone who isn't able to be reached at this number.
When asked to remove the number the a***ole I was talking with became VERY rude and personal attacking when advised collection calls aren't accepted and to send written documentation.
