this number calls and when i call it back it says that it is not a working number

They called twice , no voicemail, most likley  marketing, just bought new car

Called tonight, wanted to sell a car warranty. Wanted to know what kind of car (s) we drove and if how many miles? ETC....talked non-stop! When ask about "do not call" list, she got snotty and slammed the phone down?
