We've received several calls from this number in the past few days. We normally don't answer if we don't recognize a number, but this call is from our area code, so I've answered a couple of times. No one ever says anything - just empty air. Won't answer again!

IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

(940)222-3796.  Call dropped as soon as I said "hello".  Called back.  "Sorry, but we only answer calls mon-fri....."

Received a call from this number.  Foreign man on the phone asked for me by my name from a previous marriage that I haven't used in over 20 years.  That's the first indicator of a scam.  When I asked who he was he said he was with a "vehicle recovery" company.  I told him to remove me from his call list.  He asked me why I wouldn't be interested in what he was calling about and I told him I didn't owe him any explanation - remove me from the call list.  At that time he told me he didn't have to do that and hung up on me.  

Got a call from this number on a Saturday morning. I did not answer. They did not leave a message.

I have received several calls from this number on my cell which is on the National Do Not Call List. No message was left so I called it back from my office phone 3 minutes after they had called me. I got the same message C got saying the office was closed.

Have received call twice this week from this number.  No message left.  I called it back from another number and said office was closed and call back 7-4 Pacific time, but this is a central time area code.

Received 3-4 calls per day, nearly every day, for the past 2 weeks.  No messages are ever left.
