I just got a call from: 987-654-3210
He asked me do I speak English, and do I have Verizon. After that he said "thank you, you do not speak English," and hanged up the phone.
I tried to call that number back, but got answer that number is "unavailable."

Looks like a spoof call.

Caller hangs up everytime.  Got to be a scam of some kind.  So don't answer it

Received a call from 987-654-3210 this AM at my work place. The caller said he was from BrightHouse and needed to speak with the person in charge of the account.  When I told him the owner was on the phone, he said O.K. and hung up!

This is a spoofed number coming from an off-shore call center calming to be Microsoft Support. They will be try to get you to run a malware program on your computer that will display a bunch of error messages and they will tell you that your computer is infected.  They will go on to explain that they can remotely fix the problem.  Next they will ask you for your credit card and charge you $275 to correct the problem.  So many people still fall victim to these scams.  This is NOT Microsoft or AT&T, these is a scam to get your credit card info and charge your account.

I am getting calls from this # everyday.  He curses and uses bad words during the call. He is bad mannered, loud, and obonoxious.

Male caller asking to speak to the person in charge of the AT&T phone account.  Asked him if he was with At&T and he said no he is a 3rd party with Preferred.  I told him we don't speak to third parties and he hung up.

In June 2014 they are saying it's Microsoft. Again, someone who doesn't speak English well. Sounded like a South American accent. Call "cancelled" after 23 seconds.  Unsure if they ended the call or if the service failed.

The guy keeps calling for money. Says stories that he is trying to go to college in us. Claims to be Rohan Patel.

Got a call asking me to turn on my computer and fix a problem.

Answered a call from 987-654-3210 knowing that it was sales or bogus crap and was not disappointed. The idiot said he was from Microsoft and needed me to turn 8n a computer, blah blah.  I told him to &#$÷ himself and hung up. And it felt great!

This is another spoofed number...calls incessantly....

So much for the do not call list. I put the recording that says this number has been disconnected on my answering machine.  Solved unwanted calls.

Got a call from this number - said he was Roger and was calling from Microsoft. I ask if he was going to tell me I had a computer virus and he hung up.

I just received a phone call from 987-654-3210, & the person calling claimed to be Microsoft Technical Support.  

first got a call from 760-475-2661...didn't answer it. then 15 seconds later got a call from 987-654-3210. didn't answer either one. it's a constant bombardment from these numbers. trying to run a business and have to play phone games all day.

I have been getting calls from these people for a few months now. They call daily asking to speak to "The person that handles the century link account". Most days that person isnt here so they say they will call back later. If I ask for a name and number they say "thats fine, Ill try back later" and hang up. I called century link and they said no one is trying to get a hold of us from them.

The one time I told them I was in charge of the century link account they said they had to ask 3 questions to verify the account so our service does not get cut off. Its strange that they would say that after so many months of uninterupted service... regardless I told him I wouldnt answer any questions and thats when the guy got pushing saying he could lose his job and to "help a brother from another mother" (I should note, the guy sounded indian). I told him that he was being rather pushy about us losing service, he replied about just wanting to help us and not wanting to lose his job. After some back and forth I told him Ill tell the boss to give them a call but go ahead and disconnect us in the mean time if he needs to, but that i wont answer his questions because it sounds like a scam. I hung up on him and they are still calling.

I will check the numbers

Call at least once a day on my business line and hang up when we answer.

Asking for person in charge of the AT&T Account.

Answered the person on the line said that they need to speak with "the person is charge of the AT&T account."  I asked if I could take a message, and they hung up.

The bogus number which appears on the caller id screen is 1-987-654-3210 which is a marketing company hired by Preferred Long Distance phone company based in Encino, CA. I've received 10 calls form them this week and finally gathered enough info in order to track down a contact. Here is the place to call if you'd like to be removed from the call list. I did it this morning.

Keeps calling our buisness. Says they are with our local telephone company and are trying to renew our phone number.

This Guy with an east Indian accent. Stated that he was from Micro soft. He said he is receiving errors from my computer.
He said my computer is infected, When I asked him the license number on my computer and the error numbers he had other things to say,to get me to give me the license number of my computer.
So .. Heads up every one THIS IS A SCAM..
They also have tryed to SCAM my eldest Son , telling him is phone was infected, also offered him loans,Medical Assistance for Viagra ( my son is 20) if any thing we need to Lay it down LOL!!! they us different numbers also, 987-654-3210, 212....
