I received the same call from Mike Smith claiming to be from a law firm - he left a message to contact me,which I have not.  I saved the message and will contact the authorities.  Now he is calling my family advise them that there is a law suit against me.  I have advised my family members to just hang up on them.  WHAT A SCAM.   They also call me at work and leave message after message.  This has gone on for quit a while-- I will I could get them to stop calling.   I have saved the message to my job also.  Hopefully someone will stop them.

Ditto same thing happen to be.  This person is saying they are from a law office and that they will have a police officer come to my work and drag me to the police department. I have had to change my phone number and now they are calling my work. I have reported them. And yes they do end with God Bless on every call. I have also had many sexual threat through my email. Now this person that is calling going by Mike Smith from a law office that I cant even understand him because of the deep accent either Arab/middle eastern.  Hopefully they will get tired and relize that they are not getting very far with me and stop the harresment.This has been going on for a little over a week.  If you try and tell them you on to them they get real nasty.  I have report them too the police department as well as the Federal Trade Commisioner.  The more people them. Don't let these scam artists scare you just hang up the phone and turn every phone number in the the Federal Trade Commisioner they will use different number to call them back.  this is the third phone number they have useed with the same tpye of harrasment. They may use a different threat each time with a different number but it will don't fall in to thier threats.  I know it get's to be a pain but just keep reporting each number they tell you to call back.  This person Mike Smith has call my jop twice today and left one voice mail and a voice mail yesterday.  Which are recorded.

make sure you report it to your police department, they called are house as well and left these messages, if they have left you a message save it so you can play it for the police. Some how they get your info, we believe it was either sold to them through a loan company employee or we submitted info to a bad site. They are not a law office and it is a complete scam to harass you until you give them money. If they get your work number hopefully your employer is understanding and well help you out by saying you don't work there. They will try and threaten your employer and tel them they are responsible for your debt, they will scream curse and threaten, they call from many different numbers and give many different names but the script is the same and usually they end with a god bless you as this criminal case unfolds or something to that effect.

These idiots called my husbands job and left a message claiming that they were a lawyers office, they knew my husbands last 4 of his social and claimed he was being tried as a criminal in our local courts, thank god we have a number of police detectives and police force in our family< my husband has never been in trouble a day in his life and there is no cases pending against him anywhere, these I am supposing Arab/middle eastern callers are trying to scare and harass him for more info and money. we are filing charges against these people this afternoon, but i am sure they will just get a new number and keep calling people. they claim to be from a law firm called Daniel Clark.
