This is a scam... I had taken out a payday loan and they are saying that I am in default and have to be in court on Tuesday... They said my loan was dated last year, I didn't need a loan last year..... When I advised them of the law (since I am a former police officer), they abrubtly hung up and now upon each subsequent call, I get cursed out...

got same call today from an Alex Smith. he refused to answer any of my questions and kept telling me i was going to be arrested and all kinds of things. i told him to give me the name of this law firm so i could look them up online. he then said the website is down, it was hacked into. i then told him he was a scam and hung up.

got call this morning from somebody named Alex Smith. he began to give me threats of being arrested and all kinds of things. then he said he was from some law office. i asked him what is the name of this law office so i can look them up online. he then said their computer had been hacked into so the website is down. when i began to ask him questions he got upset and refused to answer any of my questions. i then told him he was a scam and hung up.

the jerks calling my pphone, my moms house and my job saying that I have to be in court friday at 11:00.... Don't know anything about them or this

I got one of these on Friday. They have stolen info from Cashnetusa which is a cash advanced company. I talked to Cash Net USA and these people are frauds and they knew my full social. I now have a subscription to Lifelock to protect my identity. These are fakes.

They called telling me I must give the Sherrif who come to arrest me 15,000 dollars or go to jail. They claimed I was the prime suspect in a fraud case. I just dont like being harrassed and if I find these jerks they wont like it much..

They call saying they are a law firm and have my name and social security number. They have an accent like they are from another country. I know this is a scam, do not fall for this! I just want them to stop calling my phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
